Pleasantview Baptist Church-Derby

Second time attending church here today. Was very impressed with the many people that made me feel welcome and appreciated the great message from the pastor.

This is a great place to come and worship the Lord. They are a Bible based church so the stories and themes come from the Old Testament and New Testament. The pastor, Lance delivers meaningful and relevant sermons that reach right into the heart of the topic. Wonderful people, very friendly and helpful. The Sunday school classes are varied and you can join in on any of them. In fact recommend you visit each class before you choose. Pleasantview Baptist Church will immerse you in Jesus.

First time visiting this church...Easy to find my way into & Very friendly people. Greeted at the door by several folks. They have a nice band playing contemporary church music to sing. Several large tv screens on the walls with the words easy to read and sing from. Very good message from the preacher easy to understand.

Went to the Garage sale today. What a blessing for everyone. Picked up dishes, for a young man who volunteers where I do. He's getting his first apartment and needs everything. Thx Pleasantview for your generosity! ♡

Nice Church. Friendly people. You can hear the Word of God in a warm Christian setting. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking. I recommend it.

I love going to church there, I have been going there for 2 months & from day 1 the welcomed me with open arms. I recommend this church for anyone that wants to seek the Lord.

We vote here. Appears to be a nice facility. For voting, all social distancing and covid protocols are in place. Wasn't a problem now and won't be in November either.

The people here were very welcoming and very friendly. We only went for a give away but if we lived closer we would try the service.
