Fox Rent A Car Ft Lauderdale FLL

The absolute cheapest car rental available through Sam’s Club. $247 for an SUV for 7 nights. Pickup was a 30 minute simple process while drop off was a 3 second seamless checkout.

Read many reviews and they were not the greatest. But I found FOX rental process to be smooth as silk. Was very happy with staff, info and vehicle. I will rent again!

Our experience with FOX at FLL was awesome. Took the shuttle from terminal 4 to terminal 1, got to the rental car area and there was no one in line (This was during spring break in March, so a busy time at the airport in general)
Paperwork was processed quickly - there were no sales pitches. We were then asked to walk out into the car area and were able to pick any car in certain areas based on what we booked.
We booked 2 cars - 1 "Camry like" - we received a Dodge Charger and 1 "Santa Fe like" - we received a Jeep Grand Cherokee, both clean, freshly washed, and gas tank full. Both cars did have little scratches, but nothing extremely obvious, and both cars were probably only a couple years old.

Drop off was a breeze. We just had to quickly speak to an employee as we drove in, parked the car, got our stuff and away we went...

We were owed some money back due to deposit, etc, that was processed within 2 business days.

I would definitely use FOX again.

An unbeatable price with plenty of vehicles im each class of vehicle. Now that they’re located at the airport it was even easier to rent. Definitely going to use Fox Car Rentals for future travels

My experience with Fox car rental was a great one. The rental process smooth and delightful. The gentleman that helped me, Naz, was not only kind and friendly but also gave me a few great recommendations of places to visit while in town. He was also very knowledgeable on my rental. His sense of humor put me at ease. This act of kindness was completely welcomed after traveling all day.
The return process was just as smooth. Unfortunately for me,
when I returned my car I had forgotten my wallet in the car! I only noticed after an hour later. Can you believe that, when I came back to the garage they still had my stuff? I told the lady that I must not want to leave. She kindly responded, “We have that effect on people.”
I definitely recommend using Fox Car rental services. Their service and prices are second to none.

Because of the ratings, I was afraid of bad service... but I was surprised to find that everyone at Fox was friendly and did everything possible to provide good service... In all the years that I have been renting cars, Fox has undoubtedly been the best in terms of both price and quality.

Once arriving at the counter, I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time renting from Fox. It turned out to be a wonderful experience! I had a reservation for a full size car but because they didn’t have my class vehicle so I was upgraded to their next class. It was fairly new with only 14K miles and upon returning, easy transition. They emailed my receipt and had no worries. I would definitely rent from Fox again!

The entire team and the manager are great, they helped me solve a problem very quickly and with the best service, very friendly, the manager cares about providing the best service and solution, I was really satisfied and surprised, I will rent with Fox again, definitely.

I used a fox car it was gr8. When I returned the car I left behind my pocket book. I was very worried about it as it was quite expensive and had my personal items in there. Shortly after that I got a call from Rich that he has it and he will ship it to me. Thank you Rich and the entire fox team!

After getting screwed over by one of those little off site companies, I went up to Fox desk and Danny was able to give me a brand new car for an unbeatable price. The whole process from walking up to the desk to driving out with the car was only 10 minutes.
Danny was very helpful and explained everything without dragging time.

The Fox staff was caring and helpful. The van we used was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I have never used Fox before but was lured in by the low price. I will certainly use them again in the future. Well done!

We rented a Hyundai Kona full of gas and returned it full.This is preferable to companies that give you a five eights full tank and want at least the same on return. Mirrors and the windshield could have been cleaner but overall this is a company We recommend and would be happy to do business with again.

I had a very clean, new vehicle about a year old.
Staff was very polite and helpful. I needed the vehicle for work. I was working out of town and on the day I was supposed to leave. I had to stay over at work and was going to bring the vehicle back late. When I called Fox, they said that location you had 59 minutes to bring it back after the return time. I ended up giving it back about 35 minutes after my return time and was not charged for anything. I would definitely recommend FOX.

First time I rented through this company I had a bad experience with off site airport pick up and extreme long wait. I decided to give this company another try despite its bad reviews and it has surprised me. I had an early pick up where it wasn’t off site and the person behind the counter, Naz, was friendly and welcoming! I was able to pick up my car in the quickest fashion with amazing selection of cars. I was surprised to be able to pick out a car of my choice from the parking lot “5” section. When I randomly decide on a white Dodge, it only had 223 miles on it. I couldn’t believe it because the first time I had a car that was over 20,000 and there were dents, scrapes and rim scratches on the car.

Easy pick up, choose vehicle you want exit was easy and drop off was a breeze. Will definitely use them in the future. All employees were friendly and attentive.

If you have a right expectation from a car rental company you’ll be satisfied on 100%. Rented a car with no issues, no hassle, no pushing me to buy additional products and insurance. Car was almost new and no issues. Definitely will rent again with FOX.

They gave more than great customer service. I was traveling with my 99 year old Aunt and missed getting in the correct lane. Pulled into the return and explain the problem. They offered to drive us and drop us at terminal 1. The best customer service ever.

We had a very pleasant experience with Fox in most every way. The only complaint was the pick-up woman was a little terse. We rented a small SUV but was given the option of 2 larger ones for the same price. Didn't try to sell us anything extra. Return was excellent.
