D&B Service Center

A dealership had told us motor mount replacement was needed for our Silverado. Brad quoted the BEST price of 3 locations we compared.
We dropped off for D&B to begin work on the truck early, as we planned to leave town in the afternoon. By 9:15am, we received a call from Brad stating the motor mounts were NOT NEEDING replaced. His testing prior to the work determined they are not broken.
Saving us $800+ and time!

Brad and Donna were my saviors! Driving through Kansas to visit family, I had car trouble on the highway. Called D&B about 10 minutes before closing. They both stayed until I limped my car to their shop. Ended up going to another shop simply because D&B had so much business and I had a super tight timeline. I would 100% trust them with my car if I lived in the area.

D&B is always honest and prompt with me. They get my work done quicker than expected and stand by what they do. I got a fan replaced a year ago and my car started overheating last week. I called and Brad said to swing by on my way home if I could. Brandon was able to come out immediately and see that the fan wasn't working. Got it to start and pulled it into the shop to fix the connection. Thanks guys!

I took my 1999 F-150 in for the scheduled oil change. The truck is going on 21 years old and still runs like new. I have used D & B for years and have always had extremely professional, courteous and quality service. I have complete trust and confidence in Brad and his company to insure my vehicle is maintained to the highest standard. Brad will provide a very complete and fair analysis of any issues he or his staff of excellent technicians notice and stands behind his work. The main thing and to me most important is his honesty and integrity. That is something that I feel in today's world is becoming increasingly rare.

Today I got high-centered in a snow drift and couldn't get myself out so I googled towing services in Derby. D&B showed up in the top of the search so I called...turns out they don't provide towing services anymore but they gave me a number for a towing company. Brandon was kind enough to say he'd be happy to send a couple guys out to help me but all their techs were busy at that time. He offered to call me back in 15-30 minutes if someone became available. I called the business number they provided for the towing company but didn't get an answer. I called 6 other towing companies and they were either not taking any more jobs for the day or the BEST case scenario was a 2 hour wait. Thankfully I had plenty of gas to stay warm in the 18 degree temps. I called back to D&B to let them know if someone was able to come out in the next 1.5 hours I would still be there since I was on a 2 hour waiting list. Brad answered that time and said he'd see what he could do. I felt horrible for getting myself into this mess and imposing on others. Within about 30 minutes, Tom showed up in his personal vehicle and without the best of circumstances (nothing to hook onto and very deep drifts) he single-handedly got me out of the mess I was in and never once complained. He didn't want to be paid, he just came to help. AMAZING! I know they're in business so I insisted he take the little bit I had with me but it was NOT enough. THANK YOU, D&B's Brandon, Brad, and Tom for your assistance today! Tom did the hard work but I know it take everyone to make the team successful and you all played a part.

I highly recommend D&B Service Center in Derby for all your auto needs! NOTE: they technically don't offer towing services any longer but they have just about every other service there is for your vehicles. Check them out!

I have done business with D&B for more than eight years and won't take my vehicles anywhere else! Brad and his crew are professional, dedicated to customer service, and most of all, honest. I am 69 years old and have had auto repairs in many places around the country and found most places pretty shady. D&B has always explained what I needed, gave me an EXACT estimate, and done great work! They have even used the parts I bought (thinking I could do it myself, and finding out differently). People judge restaurants by how many cars are out in front. D&B always has a lot full, meaning many more people than myself like them! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Best auto repair place I’ve ever been. Courteous and professional staff. I originally took my Altima to a Nissan dealership and was told my repairs would cost $1,500. Nope! I had this shop recommended to me by a friend and tried it out. D&B quoted me $244 for the same repair and that’s exactly what I paid. This shop does honest business and I highly recommend you give them a shot.

D&B is the best automotive service center I've ever been to. I've been taking my car there for years and always receive honest, fair-priced service. The owner and staff are always friendly. They have never recommended a service I didn't truly need. I plan on driving my car for many years to come and will only use D&B for all my
automotive service needs. Brad and company will take excellent care of you!

I had a major issue with car. Doug got my car in, analyzed, and replaced my battery very quickly. Price was reasonable. If needed, I will definitely use D&B again!!

Appointment was made one week in advance the shop got the car right in as scheduled. The correctly diagnosed the problem and called with estimate on the cost for repairs and requested approval to fix. The vehicle was repaired the same day and the total invoice was less than the estimate. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I would give them an A plus rating based on my experience and will defiantly be a return customer.

Honest mechanics! I've taken three different cars here and they have really taken care of us. They have given me fair quotes (much better than dealer) and have done great work. I definitely recommend them!
