Paul and Robby are fantastic to work with! Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought, and went over every feature of my car, from bumper to bumper. Never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Enjoyed my time with them, and got a great vehicle for a great price. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say I enjoyed the overall best customer service/car buying experience ever during my recent visit to the Hambelton LaGreca Super Center this past weekend!

Robby Nunn was our salesman (more so a “Jack of all Trades) and let me tell you he knows how to treat his customers absent all of the typical car salesman games. No joke, there were times my wife and I looked at each other thinking the experience was too good to be true. Robby is prompt with all communication and requests, with zero pressure on any aspect of the negotiating/closing the deal. To put it into perspective, I drove two hrs to purchase a vehicle from them and I will do it again the next time I’m in the car market.

This review would not be complete if I didn’t also mention Paul, the general manager. Just an awesome guy to visit with. Again, outstanding customer service but the thing that stood out to me about Paul is he only offers the cleanest/most reliable cars on his lot. It is obvious when you look around that clunkers are not allowed here. Paul knows his business and makes sure he passes on his years of experience to his customers by ensuring not only the customer service experience, but also the quality of his inventory.

Bottom line here, if your looking to buy a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to give these guys a try!!

You can buy a car/truck anywhere but I won’t, moving forward. This place had the car, the price, the personalities and most of all, superior customer service! The whole gang took time to make us feel welcome, comfortable in conversation and most importantly, confident in the information they were giving us. These guys were honest and did what they could to help us get the best price. We drove away with a new 2020 GMC Acadia and the confidence knowing that we got the best deal we could. We went in rather late on a Thursday evening but never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them, even when they realized we would be keeping them past closing time. Not only that, but they had to call a couple of guys in to complete the process. We were there until almost 10pm, 3 hours after closing. We had a good time talking to the staff and swapping stories while the process worked. I’ll say that this was the only time I’ve ever enjoyed buying a new car. Hands down, best customer service ever!

It was very easy for me to buy a car with Hambelton with not much procedures involved. Robby is very kind and helping me with several banks in looking for an auto finance for the Toyota Corolla that I was looking for. Also he is very fast in providing service to customers. Overall he is an excellent person to work with any of the customers in making the deal quickly.

After a long day in Wichita, visiting the larger dealerships, we headed to Derby to see one car in particular that happened to be at Hambleton LaGreca, not knowing how different our shopping experience would be there. (In a great way!).

How refreshing to be able to:
1) Immediately walk around the lot and look at cars without the hassle of an interview inside
2) Speak with a salesperson (Robby in this case), who was knowledgeable without being pushy
3) See how fairly priced their inventory was without a bunch of haggling and games

We ended up purchasing a vehicle and felt like we got a great deal and were treated fairly. The staff was great (not awkward, cheesy, or pushy). Thank you Robby and Paul and Garrett. We enjoyed the experience and will recommend you to family and friends.

I couldn't have asked for better service! Robby met us out in the lot and got us exactly what we wanted. He was fantastic and made it super easy. I worked with Garrett as well and he was also very good. He explained everything to me so I knew exactly what I was getting and I could make an educated decision. Even the general manager Paul came out and talk to us! Everything you could ask for when purchasing a new car.

As a single mom I went to several dealerships here in town. Had very Negative experiences with the sales staff. They didn't listen to my needs or wants in my vehicle search they were only interested in what they wanted to sell not what I wanted to buy. I found Hambelton LaGreca super center in Derby,Ks the sales man there was so Professional and listened and understood my needs and wants and found me a Tahoe at a Great price they helped me get Financed. This was the best experiences buying a car ever!!!!! They are a Wonderful Family run Business. A little over a week ago I went to Hambelton LaGrega solely to look around at pickups. I had no intentions of buying one in the immediate future. Met with their salesman Robby who was wonderful!! He is extremely knowledgeable on not only the vehicles on the lot but vehicles in general. Super nice guy!!! Was able to answer all of my questions or direct me to someone who could. Very honest and up front and not your typical car salesman that tries to hide things. Like I said, had no intentions of buying a vehicle soon but had such a positive experience with Robby, the rest of the staff, and their ability to make the price of the vehicle fit my budget that the next day I signed the paperwork and left with my newly purchased F-150 that I love!!

I can not say enough good things about this dealership.

I live in Las Vegas and was hesitant to buy a car out of state after a terrible experience elsewhere.

But this place showed me that it can be done without any hassle.

I found a car on their website but it hadn't been delivered to them yet. So they had no pictures and not a whole lot of information. I talked to then over the course of several days while we both waited for the car to arrive on transport. I talked to everyone in the dealership at one point or another. None of them made me feel bad for calling (several times) with my silly list of questions for a car they didn't even have on their lot yet.

As soon as it got there, I was sent pictures. I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on a DVD player. It didn't have that. Their response? "If we can make it happen, would you take it?"

They all went above and beyond, especially Robby, to make my out of state purchase as easy as possible. Including meeting my husband at the airport in the new car on a sunday so he could drive it home!

I worked retail for a long time and I always went above and beyond for my customers. But this dealership, they did more than above and beyond. They made buying a car, which a lot of people dread, into an experienced that was actually really enjoyable. It will be a few years before we buy again. But when we do, I will definitely be checking them first. They know how to make you feel like family. And that is the experience I want.

Bought an almost new Chevy SUV and I am extremely pleased with it. The service was great. Staff were helpful. Great value and I will return to Hambelton LaGreca Super Center when I need another vehicle for my family. Great folks to work with.

I moved here 7 weeks ago and went to the dealership to look at a hummer. I met Robbie who I spoke to on the phone and was a Gentlemen. My girlfriend and I went on a test drive and came back and made a deal on the vehicle. I was introduced to Fred LaGreca the owner who was working, and Kevin the Sales Manager. These Gentlemen were most respectful men to work with. This was the BEST ever car experience I have had in my 45 years. I had a couple repairs that needed to be made for me to complete the deal and this company authorized the repairs with no dispute. These three men and the finance manager were the most pleasant people I have ever met in a dealership in my life. No sales tactics , just Good Honest men. I have alot of Respect for this dealership and these Gentlemen. If you have never been here before I would say you are missing your Best experience you could have working with a Dealership.I will always work with this company and these Gentlemen when making a car purchase. I also was informed they can get any type car you want from others just so you can do business with them. I will and i encourage you to do the same it will not be a disappointment for you it will be the Best experience you have.

I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Hambelton LaGreca. I absolutely LOVE the staff there. They have extreme product knowledge of every vehicle on their lot and take the time to explain the benefits and features of the vehicles your looking at . While searching for my third vehicle I wanted something very specific. I needed a full size SUV and preferred a Toyota Sequoia. Hambleton LaGreca did not disappoint and was not only the lowest price in town but, the vehicle was in better shape with lower miles than the other dealers in town. I have never had any issues with any of the 3 vehicles I have purchased at Hambelton LaGreca. They always treat you like family and there is never any pressure to buy. They focus on what YOU want and NEED. Hambelton LaGreca is providing a whole new car buying experience for their customers.This is the way car buying should be. I will be a forever customer.

I had a very positive experience at Hambelton LaGreca Super Center! I have purchased two vehicles from them and have been very satisfied during both experiences. I am currently driving my favorite vehicle to date, a Chevrolet Equinox, and was able to get both a good price and a very fair trade-in offer for my former vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience today at Hambelton LaGreca in Derby, Kansas. I bought a Honda CRV, and the salesman, Robby Nunn was so helpful with everything. I live in Wichita, and gave him a call to see if the car was still available; and he had it gassed up and ready to drive when I got there.
He was very friendly, not pushy and very polite and knowledgeable about the car. I enjoyed the time spent there and love my car!
