Pinaire Mobile Home Park

We have lived here 5 years, and while the park may not look like all cookie cutter homes in some corporate parks it is more a home. Our owner only gets involved when other tenants are endangered due to aggressive animals and so forth. The rent is really good here which helps out the elderly and disabled tremendously. I love this park and am proud to call it home.

I had a really rough couple years here with neighbors causing problems and being abusive. Now they have finally been told to leave the park or moved on their own, not sure which, but, with them gone my life is so much more peaceful. I've never disliked living here, but, all the issues was neighbors vandalizing and abusing us. The park is basically a quiet and peaceful place to live. The rent is very reasonable and right now that is very very important. The owner refuses to sale to Californians, which is what almost every other park in Wichita has done. They keep the rent low and that is especially good during the economy we are living in. I am grateful to be living here. I feel more safe and secure here than I would at any other park in this area.

Nott as scary as you think or hear it is far worse trailer parks in Wichita. Not the nicest but better than most. I never lived at this place but a buddy of mine has and ive been there alot.

Pinaire is a safe, quiet and family oriented place to live. Quality Derby school system. Within driving distance of Wichita or Derby, Ks. You will love living here.

I love the property management. Both Dan and Dorris are absolute sweetheart people! You will enjoy living here because they really care about people!

It’s a great place to live!! Hardly any problems in the park very peaceful and laid back place!! Very affordable price to rent a lot !! Everyone must past a back ground check!!

I I personally lived there for 18 and 1/2 year with my late husband William Richter and my mother-in-law Chester Rogers and I would like to say it was a great place to live it was a nice place to live if I had my way I'd move right back in a heartbeat but then again you know I like where I'm living now the manager Doris hell is a great lady and her husband Daniel held he's an all-right character toand for anyone that wants to move in there you all out to it's a good place 18 and a half years and a lot of memories there and Trent is an awesome he could up the rent in the tornado 2012 but he did notand he lost a hell of a lot more than we did yeah we lost our homes but we built some of us. I just had to move to other places because of financesbut the few people that I still know that's in that trailer park good people that would be the youngmans, Miss Charlie Miss Pamela child SandyI don't know her last name but she was good people to there are good people in that trailer park so don't cut this trailer park good place to live just wish I could move back
