Have had American Family insurance for several years. Recently had to switch due to some price changes but the Jean Garinger's office was always so easy to work with and took care of you from start to finish of any claim or question.

I am so happy that I choose to go with Mrs. Mabry's office they are the most kind, personable, and informative agency I've been with. I have had to call with multiple questions about my personal and business insurance and I have never felt like they were tired of me or I was bothering them. Anytime I have called if Jennifer is unavailable she calls me back within a couple hours and already has the answers to all my questions plus quotes right in front of her. I have been extremely satisfied with Jennifer and her agency. At my previous long-time agency, in spite of my record being squeaky clean with regard to driving, home owner claims and credit history, my premiums were annually increasing significantly AND I couldn't even tell you the name of my rep.
