I’m letting my little sister use my 4Runner as her first car as she just turned 16. I took it in for a look over and I’m very pleased with their work! All that was needed was an alignment. The new manager Red was very customer service oriented. As a female it’s easy to be scared that you will be taken advantage of by mechanics but that was not the case. The level of trust, knowledge, and speed offered by the mechanic and manager made me feel very taken care of. These guys are my go to mechanics now! Thank you!

Fixed my problem at a good price. Did a wayyy better job than the dealership! I highly recommend this place for any kind of car issue! My car was fixed fast and efficiently. They know what they’re doing! I will be coming back to fix my CPV!

Great customer service! I needed car repairs immediately. Everywhere I called was unable to schedule me. I was so lucky to find Precision Tune. I was able to get my car fixed with excellent service!

1st, they charged half of what another shop was going to charge me. They were slightly more expensive than a nearby shop but when i spoke on the phone with them, they seemed to know way more than the other shop and werent going to charge me for something i didnt need so thats why i went with them. Very glad i chose them, they got me in the same day and had my car done in an hour. They treated me like family and theyll always have my business from now on. Its hard finding a good, honest mechanic as a female but these guys are honest and upfront and wont try to sell you any product or service you DONT need. Hopefully i dont need to see them anytime soon but i know im in good hands if i do.

Adding to this March 2023 after another car issue: this is hands down my FAVORITE shop. They never try to overcharge or upsell you. The manager is the NICEST MAN EVER and the mechanics are literally the greatest. I was so worried about my car and not only did they fix it fast, but they did it for a wonderful price. Great shop! First time in as I just started working across the street. They were nice, fast AND they ended up doing a bit better than the quoted price over the phone. I will def use them again.

From the staff to the service, everything is excellent! I've been taking my cars to Precision Tune on Nieman Road in Shawnee, KS for 6 years now and have always had a great experience. They are great at getting my car in and out in a timely matter. If I need work done other than an oil change, they always show me what is going on along with a detail explanation, which I appreciate. If I ever have a question or an issue, I feel comfortable enough to call them and they always tell me to come on over and have one of the mechanics look at my car with me. I recommend them to anyone who wants honesty and great care for their vehicles!

Honest mechanics. I got estimates from the dealership for one job, and from a tire center for another job. Both estimates had several recommended services that Darren at Precision told me were absolutely not needed. He gave me a better price and doesn’t try to upsell. Honest mechanics. Wish there were more.

They did excellent work mounting and balancing the tires I had delivered there from an online order to Tirerack. The service was polite and efficient. Prices were competitive. I will definitely go back when it's time for a tire rotation.

I asked them to tell me if anything was wrong with the car (knowing that it had all been recently maintained) and they told me exactly what I already knew. My car was in good working order. It's rare to find a car shop that doesn't make up problems with vehicles to squeeze their customers for money. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience with Precision Tune. Kara provided us with top knotch customer service and she went above and beyond when she personally cleaned off a sentimental sticker on my back window. That personal touch meant a lot. The shop repaired a broken part within the braking system and completed the task in a timely manner. We were always kept in the loop regarding what was going on during the repair process and they graciously worked with our not-so flexible work schedules for drop off and pick up. The new manager is so nice and honest.

This place is Amazing. First off the staff is awesome , Lee worked on my car , was super nice and knew what he was doing . With my car since its a 2014 there was nothing extra needing to be done, but he told me when there was he would let me know with " No pressure to get fixed ". Also Andrea at the front desk is Great, I was so happy with how nice she was to me , that i sent some of my friends there and they to were also very happy.

Prices are Great, Wonderful and Clean atmosphere , will continue to take my car here.. I am a very satisfied customer
