Fast and friendly

I would have given them a no star but unfortunately the site wouldn't let me. I got my sewer done by complete septic system a few years back and last year it backed up in my basement. I called them and come to find out the actual guy who did it sold the business to someone else. Well the guy I talked to owns complete septic systems and asked him since I was still the business' customer, due to warrenty, if he wouldn't mind coming out to look at it. Well previously I had Roto rooter come out to take a look, they said that not only did they not connect it to the sewer main like I asked originally, but the line has bends in it due to improper installation. Well once I told the new owner this he said that he would come out and take a look. Well I had called 3 or 4 times after that with him saying that he would come out and take a look. Now I just want the problem fixed but clearly the new owner doesn't care. Anyone wanting their service BEWARE they will just screw it up and make you spend more.
