We were extremely happy with the quality, valve and professional service that Bear Carpet provided to include scotch guarding the high traffic areas. I can't say enough about their technician, Dalton and his overall worked performed. Dalton took the time to explain as needed the steps being performed and what we needed to do when his work was completed. He also instructed us on the do's and don'ts regarding carpet care. We are very happy with Bear Carpet and Dalton and will be using them again.

Spotless cleaning service! From start to end this rug cleaning company was awesome! Bear Oriental rug cleaning gave me a quick and accurate quote over the phone. Scheduling my free pickup and delivery was easy and quick and they even were able to fit in my cleaning in a shorter than normal time. They did an awesome job cleaning my rug it looked brand new and every spot had been removed. They delivered it home right on schedule and were very reasonably priced. Loved their service!

Bear Oriental Rug Cleaning was recommended to me by a friend who has used them for years. I first had them clean my elderly Mother’s horribly soiled rug and it came out looking great and months later it still looks great!! My husband and I recently rescued a lab that wasn’t house broken who unfortunately had several “accidents” in the house…..2,000 square feet of tile and she always managed to “go” on one of our area rugs. They came and picked them up, took them to their facility to clean them and all of the rugs came back looking like new. Jeff gave me very specific instructions on how to deal with future “accidents” should she have more.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!

I inherited some rugs that need to be cleaned. A friend of mine recommended Bear Oriental rug cleaning. They picked up the rugs quickly and had them back in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and they walked me thru the process and recommend I have the rugs moth proofed. I would definitely use them again especially if you have never had a rug cleaned professionally.

I didn’t think I could be wow’d by a rug cleaning company but when my wife thought I brought home a new rug and not the one we sent in for cleaning...I was wow’d.

Jeff and his team are fantastic at what they do. They may not be the most available with pick up and drop off but it is well worth it.

Highly recommend them. We provided a very dirty and old grey wool rug. It had spots and was almost ready to be thrown away. It’s amazing how new the rug looks now.

I have several oriental rugs that I have gathered over the years to include a couple of silk rugs. As they are a major investment, it's so nice to have a knowledgeable professional in Jeff Koontz and Bear Oriental Rug Cleaning to know they will be cared for and properly cleaned and protected. It's been a pleasure working with them for many years.

We have two large silk area rugs that are quite delicate, and I only trust Bear Oriental to clean them. We have never had an issue with color or the edges of the rugs when they clean them.

I had some odor and staining on my carpet. Cole Freeman came out and helped restore the stains of the carpet to near original condition and it does not have any odor now. He was very professional, hard working, and even cleaned my base boards.

We have a beautiful oriental rug that these folks cleaned for us, and all we can say is it looks brand new. The colors are bright, even the fringe looks great. Can't recommend these folks enough.

Kind and approachable. Battling with moths eating a wool rug. The Bear team were available almost immediately to come get the rug, clean, and moth proof it. The moths did return, but Jeff and his team came and got the rug and cleaned and moth proofed it again without a cost.
