All this within the last hour before he closed. He was so very considerate and had great patience to explain everything so I was confident in my decisions on my new insurance. We have been absolutely amazed with the customer service we have received from this agent and his team. We had some complicated issues within 24 hours of signing the policy. We broke down in another state and the ink on our emergency road side service wasn't even dry. They coordinated to make sure we were not left stranded. They have responded to every single change we've made on our policy with patience and kindness. We highly recommend them!
