I was stranded in St. Joe the day before Thanksgiving with a car that wouldn’t start. I called 6 other car repair places who all said they couldn’t help me until mid December, then I called BJ’s. He walked me through a couple of things to try on the phone, gave me the number of a tow truck service, and said if it was just the battery, he could squeeze me in that day, but if it was the starter, it would have to wait till Monday. This is my only car and I do not live in St. Joe, but it was the best offer I had. It was towed around 1:30, I got a phone call at 3:50 to tell me it was finished! It ended up needing a starter and a battery, AND even with the tow included, it wasn’t much more than I had priced out the starter alone! I would HIGHLY recommend BJ’s Automotive to anyone!! Stellar service and fair prices!

Another business in St Joe tried charging me 4,000 for a remanufactured transmission. BJs (Tyler) told me it didn’t need a transmission, simply new mounts. He replaced them inn1 day and it’s like having a new transmission on my Jeep. Polite, honest and cost effective, less than 500!!!!! I highly recommend them and won’t use anyone else.

This is my first visit to BJ's and I would highly recommend them. I brought in my SUV to BJ's as a walk-in customer. They had my vehicle in quickly to diagnose the issue and had the repair done fast. The mechanics are all very knowledgeable and very friendly as well. If you are needing any repairs, I would take it to BJ's.

Great to work with and fast service. Have had them do lots of work over the years. Always true to their quoted price for work and great with communication if something changes. Truly a shop you can trust! This is why I "TAKE IT TO BJ'S!"

BJ's is absolutely the most honest repair shop I have ever been to. I had been in an accident with a person who did not have auto insurance. Since my car was new I wanted it fixed but that meant I had to pay my deductible. So I take it to BJ's. BJ looked at the damage, took some pictures, and said it didn't look like my paint was damaged but my bumper had paint from the other vehicle. He did a inspection on the underside to make sure nothing was broke underneath. Then he polished the damaged area until everything was gone. It looks as good as new. This was significantly less costly and it looks perfect. Not many people would have done that same thing without charging outrageous costs. He has absolutely gained my trust as an honest guy and I will take my cars to him from now on. I would highly recommend BJ's. Everyone in the shop is extremely kind also. Made my day. Thank you BJ and Team!!!

I have been talking my cars here for about three years now ( Toyota/ Subaru) they have always done the work quickly, correctly, and at a fair price. Last week I took my Subaru, which was loosing power they told me there were no computer codes that told them why, so they started checking little things, and now my car is running great!

They do excellent work!! You are treated with the utmost respect. I will definitely go back when I have the need.

BJ's is a great place to take your vehicle for all repairs and maintenance...BJ goes out of his way to accommodate and help you as much as he can to get you in and out...definitely will always keep coming here....and others should too...price wise he's very good with that and works to help you out...

Every worker is respectful and there to get you back on the road at the right price. I will now be taking all my vehicles to BJ.

Went to get my truck fixed a while back and they did it cheap and quick, only a few days. Fixed my o2 sensor and it drove like a beauty will be back soon for another issue I'm having

these guys hooked me up for race night had my car in storage with a broken rear shock bracket they welded her up real quick went out 2 nights later and took 3rd
