We were on a 1500 mile road trip and our check engine light came on. Parkers was willing to get us in and take a look. It was a spark plug. They changed it out and got us back on the road. Great service!

My family was staying in town for a couple days, but the morning we needed to leave our van started leaking coolant. They got us in last minute and kept us updated as they diagnosed and fixed problems. The mechanic ended up staying an hour past closing time so we could go home that day. We are so grateful and would definitely recommend this place.

What great service!! We were driving through St. Joseph from Oregon heading to Springfield, IL when our pickup was starting to act up. This place is rock solid💯 not only are they one of the cheapest places in st. Joseph, they also give you a well thought through price on any vehicle issues or repairs, plus they cover every inch of the vehicle in a timely manner to make sure your vehicle won’t kick dust. At times they may have delays in when they can get to your vehicle(but like with business booming and customers lovin I can see why). You want a family owned place who will take good care of your car for a nice price, with good welcoming attitude, this is definitely the place to go.

If Parker’s Auto made shirts that said “I <3 Parkers Auto Repair” I would buy that shirt and wear it frequently. I first came to Parker’s last year when I was a freshman in college and away from home for the first time. I had never had to go to a mechanic by myself and was very nervous about it. Everyone at Parkers was very nice and helpful. Their prices are fair and they do work very quickly! Since then, I’ve brought my car (a 2008 ford escape with lots of problems) to Parkers for everything from oil changes to replacing a catalytic converter, and I’ve received the same amazing service each time!

I was impressed when I first called to set up an appointment for a diagnostic test. The man was super helpful and even helped me try and troubleshoot over the phone. He was upfront with what they would probably charge me and also mentioned that if it didn't take long, they wouldn't charge me anything. I set up an appointment and showed up. At first they thought I was an hour early (turns out I wasn't),but even then, they were going to go ahead and help me right away and not make me wait. I only waited about a half an hour and he came back with the results. Didn't charge me anything. I am thankful to have found a shop so close to me that rocks!

We have been taking our cars to Parker's for years now. I told my brother about them and they take their cars there too. Friendly staff! I don't go into a lot of places like this w/o my husband because of how you are treated. I go here by myself and I have never been treated badly. That means so much. They are honest and do what they say they will do. 👍

My family has used Parker’s since I first started driving. They’re always incredibly kind and service my car faster than anyone else. Their prices are also beyond reasonable! I’d give more stars if I could, but 5 will do for now.

Used them awhile back for the turbo charger on my car they were quick, efficient, & cheaper than anyone else I checked with.
Spoke with them last week about a brake issue that occurred after taking the car to the dealer for recall work. Their estimate was less than half what the dealer gave me. When they called to let me know the car was done I owed them less than $100. They found a broken vacuum line & I didn't need the parts the dealer said. I will recommend them to everyone

These guys put new brakes and struts on my car. In the process, they informed me that the ball joints were in terrible shape, so I had them replaced as well. I appreciate being notified about an impending future problem greatly. They were fair and did a great job. I will be back!!

This place is excellent they are very efficient and they know what they’re doing. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem with my car they figured out what was wrong with it right away, they answered any questions or concerns I’ve had and they actually care. 10/10 recommend and I will be back if I ever problem.

On Thanksgiving Eve the owner personally stayed late past closing time to wrap up the repair of my auto, because he had said that he would get it done that day. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Parkers has always treated me right, never had any issues. They are honest, don't overcharge, respectful and dependable. As a female I've never found a mechanic shop that didn't try to pull the run around and overcharge me, I've actually taken my car there before for something I thought could be wrong and they looked at it and assured me all was well- THIS is why I will go no where else! Today on a very busy day they were still able to get me in so I had a reliable and safe vehicle. I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I have nothing but positive things to report! Tiffany and Jim Parker do an awesome job and are very accommodating! Honest work fixed right the first time. I have been using them for years and appreciate their eagerness to getting me back out on the road in tip top shape! It’s important to have a mechanic that you can trust and I have full faith in Parker’s Auto Repair!

By far as good as it gets! I have known this sweet family for years. They are the most wonderful, honest, and genuine people anyone could have the pleasure of working with! Every time I have a question, they are extremely patient and take the time to help me understand! They are the Best of St.Joe for a reason! I also think it says so much about a business when the entire family is so involved. Not only do I know I'm getting a great mechanic, but I also know I'm supporting an amazing father.

Jim, the owner, did amazing work! We were passing through and needed a quick job. He took care of us quickly and efficiently. Jim was very professional and respectful of our limited time. We have continued driving and the car runs smoothly. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of auto help!

First time using them and Seriously best place in town for auto repair (there is a reason why my dad only uses them) I had an emergency repair on Friday the 28th obviously right before the weekend but come Monday they had it figured out and was done by Tuesday thought it was easily going to be $600+ In my head but seriously only $292 to fix my fuel injector causing misfire in my cylinder 3.!!!! 👌🏻👌🏻 Just seriously impressed and amazed at how upfront they are! My uncle owns a small dealership here in Saint Joseph and we have went to Parker's literally since the first day he has opened. We have never had any problem with them. He is honest and more than just a mechanic. He will also treat you like his friend. Amazing mechanic to go to.
