A great place to look for things that you can not find in other stores. Such as nuts, bolts,washer and electric supplies. Went to the store looking for a new electric plug for our space heater and got help from the staff. Would recommend the store who tries to fix things on your own.

Westlake Ace Hardware has been around for over 100 years... for a reason. They have almost everything you can't find at other stores. Especially hardware... and someone there that knows where to find it. I appreciate the help over the years.

For being as small of a store as it is, there really is a decent selection of things to choose from. Great place to grab home improvement stuff if you are in this part of town. The hardware and fasteners section is the department I tend to use the most. I had to rebuild very old door handles that were failing in my home, and they had most of the parts I needed to do it. I have found they carry some things the bigger stores don’t have as well.

Location is great. If you want to go to any of the other home improvement stores in town, you have to go all the way to the north end or south end of the belt.

Love they have a loyalty program and staff is always willing to help out and give ideas from getting new keta made to having your bbq needs this place has it all from paint to tools it's your one stop shop for. All things indoor and outdoor

Great service, they offer screen repair, knife sharpening, and more! Very knowledgeable staff, and it's the place to go for oddball things you won't find at big box stores.

Always helpful and courteous. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need. They have more unique stuff other hardware store just don't keep in stock. I will always be a loyal customer if they keep that business idea.

The store layout is clearly marked so it's easy to find what you need. Associates are friendly and helpful and usually have experience with home repairs themselves so they can relate. They are eager to help without being bothersome. With having the basic inventory you can shop and be back home within a reasonable amount of time.
