Love this store..cashiers and workers are very polite and always helpful..the manager gets thumbs up for hard work and dedication even when don't feel well..good job ya all☺

I don’t know her name but the cashier tonight 07/15/23 around 9:30pm the dark headed female cashier with offered to cover my total as I only brought $9 in cash with me. She only wanted me to give her $5 for the $10 charge!! I gave her the $9 of course! She was lovely and didn’t hesitate to help after I asked her to put one of my items back!!! Literally didn’t even stop to think about helping a stranger out. You should give her a raise or a push up in the company because that is the type of LEADERSHIP and CARE that a company needs. I will be calling the store tomorrow after opening to tell manager how great of a person they have working there !!! It may not seem like much to her, but a person of that generosity as a lady just doing her job should be recognized !!! May peace be with her!
Also the white dark headed man who works during the day is always so sweet and kind!

There were only two employees working and they were extremely busy. I couldn't find an item I was looking for, yet the first employee took the time to help me. When it came time to check out the second employee helped me with the process being so kind and tolerant with me. I have Parkinson's Disease. There weren't any customers behind me and she even carried my bags to my van. This was around 1:30 p.m. on June 23rd. I think these two employees should be commended for their outstanding performance today.

Has everything I need at a low/reasonable price. The app coupons really do help alot and keep me focused on my shopping list, as anyone could go crazy in a Dollar store. The employees are surprisingly above average in customer service. I usually expect rude or nonchalant attitudes, but they were decent. It's been remodeled some months back and they've kept it up. I can't think of any complaints (right now).

A good place to find a bargain. Have had good experiences at various locations with the shoppers and the staff. Highly recommend.

Family Dollar is the nearest store to my downtown home. They don't have much in the way of groceries, but there's plenty to eat. I needed to pick up milk and they saved me a ride across town with their location. I often go there for essentials, like toilet paper. Even during the height of coronavirus shortages Family Dollar still had tissues and ramen noodles, when others were completely sold out. I loaded up on snacks, potato chips, ramen, candy, and some products from their frozen section. I found the cutest rainbow colored video game theme notebook for my daughter and two packs of multicolored pens. They have some extraordinary deals on items for a dollar, like dishware and even a new nozzle for my garden hose with quite a few different settings. They even have pet food and toys for my cat. Family Dollar is a great one stop shop if you're too busy to make your way out to the supermarket and their prices definitely rival the competition. The next time the other stores are sold out of necessities or you're in a hurry to get done quick, try Family Dollar.

Since the remodel, the store is great. Hope the employee's keep it clean and uncluttered.

Clean and friendly employees but needs more help keeping the shelves stocked. And security at the door to stop all the stealing and maybe more camera's!!!

Everything is cheap customer service is great. Great for buying everything from candy to groceries. Would recommend!
