The people are very nice and are very fun to talk to

They installed cabinets on a new build next to our house and their driver of their box truck ran into my sons basketball goal breaking the rim off and pushing it halfway on the curb. The contractor said he spoke to the owner and they would be contacting me to replace it. This was the end of 2023. It is now June 2024 and after 11 attempts I finally spoke to the owner who stated whoever told me that was a liar and he has pictures to prove it was sitting on the curb so that means the goal was in the rightaway of his truck so therefore it is our fault and he would not be replacing it. Of course it is on the curb because his truck hit it and nearly moved it in the street. If the owner is not honest about a simple gesture of replacing a childs basketball goal his company demolished, how honest do you think he is with pricing and installing cabinets? We are innocent bystanders. We didnt ask for his company to plow through our street to install cabinets that is not even ours and result in a childs basketball goal to be destroyed. Very unhonest and disappointing to say the least.
