Absolutely horrible place and people ! I was hit by one of their customers and waited and heard nothing so I went to look for the customer ( the guy they insured that hit me ) a maintenance company ! I found nothing except a name on a building ! So I went looking for this broker and they weren’t where the adress said they were ! All of this when they HIT me !
Once I found this broker they said they knew nothing about it and were very rude about it ! Finally someone called the man who’s employee hit me ! Again I waited and nothing ? So I again went by their office and a woman there told me that their wasn’t proof that it was their fault ! I go to the police department and they tell me anyone who has ANY EXPERIENCE knows that when it says driver #1 (them ) struck driver # 2 ( me ) still to this day nothing ?
This was AUTO OWNERS INSURANCE we have 2 houses also insured with AUTO OWNERS but SOON we will not ! Avoid thes RUDE CROOKED BROKERS !

These people only care about making more money
