I took my 2012 ram 1500 in for engine work it took a little longer due to them having to send the heads out to be resurfaced and the machine shop was backed up. I got the truck back today and it runs like it did when it was new. Everyone in the shop was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Hands down a great shop to go to. I have used them for years and they have never led me in the wrong direction or overcharged me. Alex and Danny are honest guys that will make sure you’re helped.

My family has gone to them 20ish years or more. Probably closer to 40. Never had a problem once. Always great service.

My SUV was making a horrible sound that only started after driving it for about 10 minutes. Alex was unable to hear any unusual sound when driving it and attempting to diagnose. When I came to pick up my car I asked if he would allow me to drive him around until the noise started. He was clearly heading out the door and had mentioned he was on the way to a date with his wife and would likely be late if he didn’t leave at that moment. Even still, he insisted on going on the drive with me so we could get my SUV fixed. Sure enough after driving about 10 minutes the noise started and he was able to get my SUV fixed the very next day!
This is amazing customer service and I truly appreciated the time he took out of his personal time to ensure we could properly diagnose the problem. Not everyone would be willing to risk being late for their personal plans. It’s obvious this business cares about its customers and getting it right. Thanks Alex!

After having multiple issues at another local shop and pouring thousands of dollars into a vehicle that still wasn't fixed properly, I found Jim and Alan's and have never looked back! Got me fixed up and back on the road with a vehicle that was now safe for my children to be in and that I didn't have to worry about breaking down on me anymore. Great group of nice, honest guys that don't try to get me with unnecessary expenses. I've sent many people there and all have had a good experience.

We brought in our 2008 Nissan Altima for an inspection. Easy to set-up an appointment. Timely fast service. Passed inspection as I knew it would.

Was purchasing a car nearby for a young single mom and while test driving it noticed a knocking sound. Drove by and decided to stop and see if they had time to check it out. Though they were busy Alex was willing to drive it a bit and then diagnosed the knocking as a pretty easy fix. Even knowing we lived an hour away and wouldn’t be a regular customer, he helped us out. Very thankful for the time and attention that we were given. Knowledgeable mechanics and just downright good people!

i was referred here by a family member who knows the mechanic Mike - from scheduling to bringing in my car, it was a pleasant and easy experience. pricing for brake pad/rotor replacement felt fair, and the people themselves who work here all seem like good dudes. Mike explained the issue to me thoroughly & provided me with a lot of helpful info.

i was offered a cold water bottle while i sat and waited for the work to be done, which took about an hour! i’ll definitely continue to bring my car in for future maintenance and repairs.

I was referred to them and to my surprise I was very pleased. My appointment was at 1 pm, I got there a little early. At 1 pm they began to look at my vehicle (prompt service) the staff is friendly and trusting, which made my experience that much better. I will definitely be back for them to do more work on my car when needed 👍

What a wonderful experience. Very pleasant and timely. Ladies, you can come here with confidence because they won’t rip you off. I always look my car’s symptoms up online so I can be sure I am not being taken advantage of. I told them I thought it was the a/c compressor, which can cost up to $1000. They could have gone with that and ripped me off, but they were honest. A simple fix and I am on my way!

I wanted to update my review, we finally picked up our car and are very pleased with the results. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Its hard to find a good shop that you can trust. Jim & Allen's has always been fair, honest, and upfront with all repairs. I have taken multiple vehicles to them over the years and have always been very satisfied. Alex is always good about explaining the problem before making repairs. Also, to date, I have not had to take any vehicles back for the same issue, they always diagnosed the problem right the first time. I have referred friends and family as well and all have nothing but positive feedback.

Do a great job fixing my car in a timely matter. Only problem there so popular that it takes over a week to make an appointment to fix my car.
