Tokyo Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar

This is our go-to date night spot. Everything from the drinks to dessert is amazing. Some of our favorites are the captain crunch roll, gyoza, crab rangoons, and the shrimp and steak hibachi. We enjoy the mango mochi as well. The service is always great and the atmosphere is nice and quiet. We always look forward to returning!

Sometimes that great spot you want to keep coming back to is often just off the beaten path. This gem is no exception with the great Staff, a big Menu, and a very quaint Atmosphere doing all sorts of Sushi and Asian/Hibachi cuisine. This place would be great for couples looking to find that new Sushi roll to enjoy together or a quick lunch break with your co-workers. The first 2 choices were the Salmon Lover/Zeus Roll and the second plate was the Monster/Hawaiian Roll. Every single roll could not be recommended more and I'm dying to come back and try the rest

Visited with the family for a dinner celebration. I had the spicy tuna, Philadelphia, and Missouri rolls. Each was delicious and well prepared. The rest of the family had grilled options and they were all delivered fast and fresh. Even the gyoza and calamari appetizers were served piping hot. The service was also amazing, very unobtrusive, but ready to meet your needs at any moment. A little on the pricier side for the area, but understandable with it being a sushi place. You definitely get what you pay for, from the quality of the food, to the quality of the service, to the overall quality of the experience. Will absolutely go back someday, maybe on a date night without the kids.

Very quiet and comfortable restaurant. My wife and I go here at least once a month and always enjoy our food. We've been going for a few years now and it's definitely one of the best sit down restaurants we frequent.

What a cute little place! This was the first time we got to eat here in person (have only gotten to do take out before), and it was Wonderful! The waitress was very nice and very attentive, the food was wonderful (and plentiful), and we had a lovely time! Thank you so much!

All of the food and drinks were wonderful. I had 2 beautiful sushi rolls and took plenty home. The service was good and everyone was very friendly.

Excellent food, very friendly and welcoming staff. Quick service, lots of choices. Smoothies were a huge bonus find on the menu.

Great restaurant! Food is prepared excellently! Servers are nice and prompt. Nice selection of beverages with a full bar! Nice seating. Cozy feel to the dining room. They have a sushi chef as well that prepares it fresh. An all around great restaurant!

7-10-2021- This is our second time stopping in here for lunch. It's been 3 years since we last were here and we expected that like most places there would be a decline. We are so happy that isn't the case. The food was glorious! Everything was served super hot, and tasted fresh. We got 2 lunch bento boxes and an appetizer for less than $40! I love that the bento meals come with salad and soup. Everything was perfect. We will be back the next time we make it through this town.

2018-Stopped here for lunch with the husband. Great lunch prices for Japanese lunch.

Highly recommend! Went for lunch and they gave us more food than we could eat! Everything was cooked right, had great flavor, and the service was excellent.

Such a quiet place to sit and enjoy a sushi date night. This is mine and my husband's go to sushi place even though we love 45 minutes away. Service is always amazing.

It's a favorite!! I always order a different sushi roll and a friend orders the katsu chicken. Took the grandkids there, and took a Doberman in that was in service training

Fun Japanese Sushi and Steak House in Belton, MO! Great service and the food was quality. Dark, slightly moody atmosphere that was enjoyable.

Went here for our anniversary dinner. We hadn't been able to get sushi since before the shutdown. Food was delicious and the service was great!
Prices were very reasonable as well.
We will be back for sure!

"Bagel roll" was delicious. All the food was great actually. Gyoza was perfect. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
