One side of the store seems like the bins are randomly filled so you're able to pick through them. The other side is more organized and has a rotating stock of many types of items. There is a very handy app so you can scan the item(s) to see the price before buying.

Most everything in here is unloaded ransom amazon pallets. I can spend hours just digging. It's a lot of fun because you find the most random things you didn't even know you needed. Sidewalk chalk, purses, shower heads, seasonal supplies, knives, and blankets. Also the price changes every day. I did cut my thumb there once on a loose potato peeler, but the staff was super kind and freely offered to call an ambulance. It wasn't that big of a deal, honestly. Find a little pole to dig with. Yeah, some of it is junk, but it's a great way to kill time.

I love this store. Once it switched to Retail Rebel, I didn't go for a very long time assuming it was just like all the predecessors but it's so much better. I love being able to shop the organized store side for specific types of items at a steep discount. These items are brands I know and would have had to buy full price otherwise. I'm able to get actual household needs there. The bin side is lots of fun too and I have had many great buys. My most exciting find was a 2 pack of name brand fridge water filters for my fridge for $2. They are $60 each, so $120 for these normally which hurts me to pay for something so basic. Everyone is looking for something different so what is treasure to me, isn't to someone else and that's fine. I've also gotten $80 shoes for $10. They don't always just pull valuable items from the bins. You do have a chance.

My only complaint would be the amount of absolute trashed items after the first day but that has more to do with the customers having no respect. Even if I don't want something, I want the box to stay in tact with all pieces in it for the next person to find but I often feel I'm the only one who thinks this way. I find by the last day a lot of .50 items are really just separate pieces out of broken packages. I'm not sure how to encourage people to improve that.

I see in these reviews and in real life, lots of people complaining about the purse rule and the rule to keep your child with you. These are both reasonable. I bring my purse and my daughter all the time and have never had a problem because we follow the rules. Honestly, they shouldn't have to explain responsible parenting to people. Keep your kids with you and their hands out of the bins. It keeps them safe and the experience fun.

UPDATE 11/08/2018: Yesterday, we stopped by while traveling through, and it happened to be 10 Items for $5. I purchased 30 items for $15 and found some FANTASTIC items! An Amazon Wand, Essential Oils, a Derma Roller, facial products that online are currently selling for between $10 and $30 (I paid 50 cents). 100% recommend😘. Best thing since sliced bread!
Previous review- We've been here twice- both times while passing through Belton. It was not at all what I expected. It's a much bigger place than it looks from the outside, and the entire place is full of huge bins of "stuff" to look through. (If you don't like to sort through items and dig for the best deals, this wouldn't be fun for you).The staff were all great, especially because I had no clue how it worked at first. Lol. Certain days are certain prices. We went on "5 items for $5" day both times. Phone chargers, phone cases, screen protectors, etc. My fav find was a container of Virginic brand Bamboo Activated Charcoal tooth"paste". We saw almost instant teeth whitening results. Within 1 week, it was insane (in a good way... lol). I finally found it on Amazon after running out of it, and it's the only brand I use now. We'll definitely stop by every time we pass through. 100% recommend😘.

Best retail rebel I've been to compared to the one in Kck or Olathe

We love shopping here and we could always find nice things here but once COVID hit everything went downhill. They now have higher prices on Saturday, which is fine but they recently stopped selling electronics. This is a disappointment because my kids are older so the toy they get in store don't benefit people with older children. If you have younger children by all means shop till you drop. I hope thing will get back to normal soon so that we can continue to find nice things for our new home and older children. If not then with the scarce selection and no electronic we may not have much to shop for.

One of my favorite places to shop. The left side is like a discount store. All new items just discounted. The right side is multiple bins you can dig through and every day of the week is a different price Saturday is $10 day and friday is .50 day!! Sign up for the rewards it's so worth it, you save more each time and get discounts on every item! Highly recommend!!

Amazing deals!!!! Today will be my third time going, especially on Sundays when they restock again how amazing is that!!! I have found Great treasures!!! It’s worth it to go early morning to save your spot and get a number. I’ve never shopped in a store like this one and now I can’t stop from going, addiction! Store employees are really nice and helpful. I love how they have the testing stations, to test out items that are electronic. Simple as one, two, three.... plug in the item, check if it works properly and if the item does not work simply put it back/ or if it does BINGO you just found a new treasure for just $5!!! Great findings and amazing people!

A great place to develope a hoarding habit

I love it’s $5! Every week is like a new adventure, and for $5, I’m excited to take that adventure any day! Plus, the staff is AMAZING, by far the best crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every week is like a treasure hunt, but with an endless amount of treasure!

Truly I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a fun time and a great bargain. The employees work so hard to make sure everything is clean and tidy, including the bins. While there are a lot of people there, it is still worth the Saturday morning wait. Trust me, the treasures you find on Saturday can’t compare to that of any other store, and for the low price of $5!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!!!! Great way to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning! They have pretty much anything you can think of. And the employees are so nice and so so so friendly! My friends and I love spending our Saturdays here! This store is a must try at least once (but once you try it one time y’all just keep coming back it’s THAT GOOD)!

I was just introduced to this amazing little treasure hunt today! I had never heard of it before and man am I glad I know about it now!! I got some amazing deals and it's too easy to go crazy in this place. Us girls ended up spending about 2 1/2 hours in here and none of us left empty handed. I will be back with more of my friends soon!

So today was my first trip to It’s 5, and it definitely won’t be my last. The merchandise is mostly returns or closeouts from online retailers at deeply discounted prices. Going on a Monday, I expected that most of the “good items” might be picked over. I was way off. There was plenty to be had, and while you are digging through bins of merchandise, the friendly staff are working hard to keep the bins organized and clean. If you’re the type who likes thrift stores because “you don’t know what you’ll find”, you owe it to yourself to check them out.

If you have never been, GO. Best place Ever. You can find almost anything. And never paying over $5 makes it even better. I take the kids on Thursday. 10/$5. Let them dig. The amazing finds. Christmas, done. Boyscout stuff, oh yes. Going Camping, go there first. Need makeup and high end face lotions, visit It"s $5. What are you waiting for? Unless it is Friday. And no purses larger then a half a sheet of paper. Signs are everywhere letting you know.

Black Friday 2018 was my first time ever going to the store. I will say it was a little chaotic at times but overall was really fun. Found a lot of great deals!!! Management was on it too. They had reports of a customer who was getting a little aggressive and management made sure it was known that it would not be tolerated!! All the employees were very friendly and helpful too .Awesome job and complements to the management team and employees at this store!! I will absolutely be back and recommend friends and family to check It's 5$ out.

Pretty cool store. I'm not quite sure how it really works being that today was my first visit but from what I gathered they do some kind of bidding on items during the weekend. Or something? Really I'm not sure. I do know that you have to download the store's app to check out and in doing so the items you purchase are further discounted off what the tagged price is. I will add more info when I obtain more.

Awesome store, I drive an hour to get to this location, and it's well worth the drive. I always find great items that never disappoint. Come check out Its $5 in Belton, Mo, you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to see what the Frequent Rewards program brings about.

Absolutely the best store ever... I can't wait until Saturday Morning to go shopping. It only May 1st and I am almost done Christmas Shopping and it is costing me a fraction of what the items are actually worth. I have found everything from Egyptian Cotton Sheets to Salon brand shampoo and conditioner. I have had dreams about going on Saturday and I never know what I will find and I always manage to fill up my card with amazing treasures.
