Clean store, friendly associates...even took us directly to what we were looking for instead of just pointing 'over there'. Only self check out's were open due to staffing shortages and the person helping us check out got us the online price discount for an item, cool. We did have rouge cart that didn't like to turn left very well and about every 6 feet it would bog or drag then back to normal...weird slacker cart, don't use the one pictured...it's stubborn.

I returned an iPhone and upgraded to a better model. The staff were amazing - it was a difficult switch due to the carrier I use. But Jesse stepped in to assist and both worked to get my new phone set up - even when iPhone insisted on upgrading the iOS before they could continue! The staff were so patient and gracious about the time it took. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism.
I’ll never go anywhere else for phones. There are 5 family members on my account & all our phones were purchased at Target :)

Quick trip in and out. Target is good for that. They have changed grocery section some. But lots of employees to ask. All were helpful.

This is by far my favorite Target location to do drive up orders with! They fulfill orders very quickly, and the workers are always so friendly. Also, the location near Martin City is really fast as well.

We love the selection and cleanliness of the stores we frequent. We have never had a bad experience.

I was blown away by the friendly and helpful customer service I received. The store was clean, organized and the prices were very competitive with Walmart. My shopping trip was an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be doing more of my shopping at Target.

(This is in regard to the Belton, MO Target). Having just had surgery, my wife needed/pre-ordered some products Target had in stock and I arrived at 8 AM when the store opened to pick them up (some urgency attached to this). I suppose because it was early, the worker at that station who could have helped me said, "Someone will help you" and just walked away. The manager saw I needed help and immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. He expeditiously retrieved our order and, with an enthusiastic smile, wished me a good morning. That's why he's the manager - tremendous service from him. Good job and well done. This man knows the value of customers and customer service to a merchandise retailer like Target.

I was having a hard time with the stores' price matching on some Christmas things I bought, so when I called ahead of time and they said they were able to help me I didn't mind driving the 40 minutes to the store. When I got there and went to customer service a young guy named Taylor told me that he wouldn't be able to help me price match the items because he would have to enter them in one by one and it would take too long. I walked around the store and something told me to try again so I went up to customer service again and asked the manager and associate, Katie and Kaitlyn, once again and they were more than helpful! they helped me save over $100 dollars in the end. I can't thank them enough for being generous with both their time and patience. It really helped my holiday shopping. The definition of customer service.

I love Target and I will choose Target over many other stores, like Wal-Mart. Quality of items, beauty of store, cleanliness, and most important is the staff who are always kind and friendly!

This was the BEST curbside purchase EVER! I used the app so they can see when I’m on my way & shared my location with them. When I pulled in I put in which space we were in & the lady was already walking out!! She was so so nice & professional! Didn’t catch her name but I tipped her for being so on point! I’m not easily impressed either! Great job! Thanks for valuing my time as well!

I love Target and the staff at this location are always very helpful and friendly. I go there almost every weekend and I have never had a cashier who wasn’t friendly. The only issue I have seen is there have been a couple times where grocery items with past expiration dates are still on the shelf. So just be careful to watch for that. I will note that the staff is quick to take action when that is pointed out. I’m excited to see our store is remodeling.

The employees that helped me went above and beyond when there was an issue with my order that was not their fault. Something that should have been a simple and quick process ended up taking 10 minutes or so because they were nice enough to make sure I got what I wanted and needed even though it was probably beyond the scope of the Drive Up pick up process. This service is very helpful when you're a mom of little ones.

The Belton Target has always been clean and well stocked every time I have visited. We live 2 minutes from a different Target but would rather travel 25 minutes to this one when we can. The employees have been great and helpful!

Love the cashier, she is always so kind and actually cares enough to have a conversation. In this world today this has faded to less than a thank you, or nothing at all. Upon the hiring process, I would recommend having this as a Key essential, as customer service is the reason for their position and to bring customers back to Target. God Bless.
