They took great car of our car and were super professional. I scheduled an appointment with them over the phone and was able to drop off my car at the specified time and also pick it up at the specified time. The KIA dealership in Springfield places a priority on walk in business instead of scheduled appointments and always had my oil change take over 3 hours with an appointment so I appreciate Campbell Automotive honoring their time and cost estimate!

I've had several services performed at Campbell Automotive. They have been performed satisfactorily and within a good timeframe. One issue was a rattling/vibrating noise coming from the underneath side of my car--only when driving into high winds. They put their heads together, found the cause and figured out a way to remedy it. I appreciate their honesty and reasonable prices.

I highly recommend Campbell Automotive if you need anything done to your car. They are great and the prices are extremely affordable. Plus very honest. I thought my car needed brake pads so I took it in and also got an oil change. When I got notified it was done I was told they checked all 4 wheels and I have no need for new pads. They “have a lot of life left in them” is what they said. Now a lot of places would’ve just put the pads on to make the money, but not Doug and his team. I really appreciate the honesty. When I picked it up I was telling Jason I appreciated it and that a lot of places would’ve done it anyway, especially me being a woman. He said that’s one of his pet peeves, shops taking advantage of women. So go see Doug and Jason for all your automotive needs. You won’t be sorry.

Doug has always taken such good care of our entire family’s cars! He’s always been able to get our cars in, problems diagnosed quickly, and repairs made as soon as parts are available, all while doing it at a competitive rate! Thanks Doug and Team!

5 STAR SERVICE, years of knowledge and an ability to provide peace of mind. Called to schedule an appointment for a CVT drain and fill after a recent used purchase. They had worked on the car previously and I always try to take my vehicles to places that know them. Scheduling was extremely easy and cost was very efficient at least in comparison to dealer pricing. Brought in the car at 8am, picked up the car before noon! I will trust Campbell with all my automotive repair needs on my *new to me* Subaru. Thanks Doug and Jason! See you guys soon for more maintenance! 🙌🏽

A few days before traveling out of state for work, my car started giving me trouble. Not only were the guys at the shop professional and great at communicating, but they were also honest and fair. I had a check engine light come on and really don't have a mechanic close to home. They were able to get me in and take care of the issue quickly. They were honest about my issue and didn't try and overcharge me.

These guys are next level! They were they able to squeeze me in on short notice during a cross country road trip… then preceded to check in on how the pickup was holding up 4 months later. Service experience is excellent and they did really clean work. Thanks Doug and everyone at Campbell auto!

When I started to get a lot of brake dust on my wheels, then a soft squealing when bakes were applied, I knew I needed to get them done quickly. I wasn't sure where to go, as my husband always did them at home, but since he passed, I needed to learn to take care of myself. I looked up brake service in my area, and found Cambell Automotive, they had good reviews, so I called and they told me to drop off and they would squeeze mine in. They were incredibly busy, (which I see as a good sign) they were able to get done the next morning, and also let me know about a few other things they found. (Did not push me to get done, but listed them for me along with suggestion of what to do first)

Campbell Automotive and the owner Doug did an incredible job fixing my Ford F250! I was absolutely impressed by their knowledge and expertise and not just fixing the issue but doing it within one day, and it was a major repair! These guys know what they're doing, anre affordable, and straightforward honest!

I had a minor A/C problem that another shop I took it too couldn’t figure out. I took it here and they called me with in a couple hours told me what was wrong with it, that it would only take them about 45 mins to fix and how much it would be. I came up about an hour later to pick it up, A/C was working perfectly after months of not knowing what was wrong. And they charged me a very reasonable price! These guys do an amazing job! Thank you!

Campbell Automotive is fair and very good at what they do. If your car, truck, or SUV needs work don't hesitate to setup appointment with Campbell. They communicate and only do the work you request, also consult you fairly. If it's a problem that's more of when you get around to it, they state that, and then don't pressure you to get the extra work done. Very friendly and use technology to it's maximum in that communication to keep you informed.
