Similar to Mr. O'Keefe I tool a cub cadet zero turn to be repaired. He said half the engine was bad and EPA wouldn't allow a replacement. He said he had one to offer on trade out but never sent pictures as promised. I made several trips, he was never there. His hired man knew nothing. Once I left a written note with his father who dropped by as I was leaving the note. I called, texted and even sent faxes to the fax machine that kicks on instead of an answering machine. I never got my mower back and don't know where it is. I made contact with Cub Cadet representatives that were anxious for another shop to give me another opinion as it didn't sit right with them. Unlike Mr. O'Keefe I didn't get my mower back and I'm too far away to just run over there on a whim when he has never been there the many documented times I have tried to catch him there! Can't recommend this shop to anyone that has a serious problem.

After over 1 1/2 years I took back my generantor and it was missing the carburator. He never answered my calls and usually when I called, all I got was a fax response. I wouldn't hire him to carry out my trash.
