My experience with Crash Champions in Nixa, MO was great! Repairs were completed in a timely manner, communication was excellent, top notch customer service. Our car looks great! I highly recommend them.

Crash Champions did a first-class job in repairing my vehicle. Paint matching was excellent, the customer service was great, the updating through text messaging was helpful, and they repaired it a week earlier than promised. Angela was a great repair advisor. Aside from the accident requiring the work to be done, this was a very pleasant experience.

In August, we relocated from New Mexico to Ozark, MO. In September, my wife and I bought a 2019 Honda pilot. Early in November, I went off the road into a ditch and I wasn’t sure who to call or where to take my car. The police officer that came to the scene recommended Crash Champions.. He said they did the best work. So I thought OK he’s from this area and I’m not. I’ll take his recommendation and hope for the best. Crash champions came and picked up the vehicle and began their work. What could’ve taken months and months and months of time work sweat labor, they were able to finish up in just a little under six weeks. And the work done and their attention to detail was impeccable!!The vehicle drives like it’s brand new and handles like it’s brand new. We love the pilot and are thankful to have it back. Amazing job Crash Champions.

The customer service was outstanding. They kept me updated every step of the way with text messages rather than phone calls (which I appreciated) other than when it was complete. They were done ahead of the predicted schedule and made the whole process seamless… plus the work done to my van looked flawless. Will definitely be using them again for any auto body needs!

Highly recommend. I got 3 estimates that were all within10.00 of each other. Crash Champions was the most friendly and professional. They were also the only ones who called me back and asked for my business. I got my car back 2 days earlier than expected and it looks fantastic and was clean.

I can't thank EVERYONE enough at Crash Champions! Unfortunately i had some things happen while my vehicle was in the shop. My advisor Ms Ashley was so helpful and showed compassion. It definitely didn't go unnoticed! The customer service was out of this world!

I had a fire occur in my truck probably due to faulty wiring of my fan motor. They performed a complete overhaul of my electrical system. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle that they do not do on a regular basis.

Thanks to Dominic for working on my car in a timeless manner, and for Jack to show me the car and going over the information about the warranty. They keep giving me updates on how the process is going great people thanks again for the speedy job.

This was my first time having to deal with an accident and insurance all on my own. I asked a lot of questions, and the team here answered every single one of them as if they had never heard that same question a hundred times before. Every step of the process of my vehicle was communicated with me. I couldn't be more happy with how my Jeep looks! Like that deer had never jumped in front of me! Heaven forbid I ever get into another accident, but if I do, I will come back.

If you are using Crash Champions for your repair in the Spfd area, GO TO THE NIXA LOCATION!!! Trust me & thank me later. My husband's Ford was at the Republic Rd location. He hit a deer & basically needed a new painted bumper, one fog light, one unpainted fender flare. They had his truck 9 days & wouldn't order the parts ahead of time due to their "company policy". During which time he had to personally pay for a rental truck. And he has to take his Ford back because a trim piece isn't sitting flush above the bumper!!! My Durango was rear-ended the day we were taking his truck to Rep Rd. I luckily had to use the Nixa location due to the person's insurance company (USAA) who listed Nixa as a preferred vendor but not Republic Rd. Thank goodness! They offered to order the parts ahead of time, without me even asking. They had my Durango for 2 days & did an impeccable job. They also professionally detailed it inside & out. It looked brand new when I picked it up! Thank you for returning my 1 year old Durango back to it's original pristine condition! I've told everyone to use the Nixa location!!!!

Crash Champions in Nixa is phenomenal! The repair was done beautifully and in an impressively short time period. They were also able to get me in quickly and working with the car insurance was a breeze. They went above and beyond by not only calling to ensure my rental car pickup was on time but they also took the time to repair some scuffs marks left by my kids. I am so thankful for the friendliness of the people here, their professionalism, skill, and outstanding service.
