Spring Valley Apartments

I lived here for a year and inherited a house but compared to every other rental company I rented from Regina and spring valley blew everyone else out of the water. The place was nice and the landlord was very pleasant. I had plenty of space for my dog to run and play fetch. I kinda miss living there.

My family and I have lived at Spring Valley for a year now and we just signed a lease for our second year. We love it! Regina has always been kind, helpful, and understanding. The construction that is wrapping up has made the place look even better than before! The residents are friendly and we have always felt safe and welcomed here. We also love that our kids have room to play at the playground and the good amount of grassy areas. It has been the perfect fit for us and we are looking forward to another great year!

It's a pleasure to be in this community! My neighbors are wonderful and I deeply appreciate Regina and the whole team! Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. They also keep up with the property to make it look nice and enjoyable. The internet outages we've experienced are not pleasant however that is no reflection on the apartment complex as that is out of their control.

I have lived here at Spring Valley apartments for 2 1/2 years. The complex is quiet, family oriented, and has spacious apartments. The office manager, Regina, is always helpful when calling or emailing into the office. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly by the maintenance team. The new exterior updates are being completed as quickly as possible and make the buildings look fresh and new. My kids and I are very happy to be here.

JoLynn has been extremely helpful! I really appreciate her patience and kindness. A great apartment complex and JoLynn is a great asset!!

This is a great place to live. I have lived here for almost a year & have nothing but great things to say. I just recently renewed my lease for another year. Regina the office manager/landlord is amazing as well as the maintenance workers. Anytime there is a problem they are on top of it that same day to get it fixed. Quiet, family oriented complex. The outside was recently remodeled and looks amazing!!

1Year in. My family and I love it here. Friendly neighbors and a great staff. You can tell they put the time in to turn this complex around for the better from 10 yrs ago. Regina is very willing to work with you to help your stay or help you leave. We really like it here.

I have lived here for almost 8 months now with my boyfriend and it has been the best experience. Regina the landlord is great. She responds quickly and will work with you she’s amazing! It’s a great place to live. I recommend to all family types. We just renewed our lease for another year because it’s such a great place to live!

My fiance and I are relocating to Nixa and had shopped for a few different apartments. Nothing compared to the service provided or the location of Spring Valley Apartments. Regina, the manager was extremely friendly, efficient, and happy to help us with any questions that we had. We are very excited to move in later this week and make Spring Valley our home. Highly Recommend checking in here before making a decision!

Lived here almost a year and have loved every minute of it! Regina is the best apartment manager anyone could ask for! You have a question? She’ll answer it. You have a problem? She will most likely fix it! They not only are quick to fix things when needed but have also worked really hard on updating the whole complex!

I have only lived here a short time but both Megan and Regina have been super helpful during the move-in process! All of the work orders we put in have been answered super quickly. For pet parents considering moving in, this is the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. I haven’t found any waste anywhere. I definitely recommend Spring Valley!

Where to begin? My boyfriend and I had been trying to get our first apartment for a while, and we were seriously struggling to find something that would be perfect for us. Of course, we have heard all of the horror stories of people who have gotten bad apartments/landlords elsewhere, and we were pretty nervous. But I would say we struck gold with our first apartments. I personally work with a different property management company in Springfield (a job which I started after moving in here). From the perspective of someone working in that field, I can clearly see that Regina and the whole team at Spring Valley Apartments are doing a phenomenal job.

Maintenance: we have had multiple maintenance requests, and we have NEVER had to wait more than one full business day to get it resolved. (It's understandable that bigger maintenance requests may take a bit longer. Don't use this review as an excuse to get mad at them for not getting you a new fridge within a day or two if yours breaks. That stuff takes time.) I have never personally met any of the maintenance guys, but my boyfriend told me that the one or two he met were very friendly and helpful.

From day 1 of us applying, Regina has been nothing but extremely helpful. When we didn't initially get approved due to our credit score, Regina gave us some very helpful tips to get it where it needed to be for us to be approved, and we were approved about a month or 2 later.

If you are a little bit scared by the price of the units, keep in mind that you pay for what you get! We have one of the 1-bed units, with no walls attached to a neighbor, and only one neighbor below us. Definitely a great design! There is also an abundance of storage space! 2 closets in the bedroom, a linen closet at the end of the hallway, and a coat closet. And the kitchen is HUGE for a 1-bed apartment. I love to cook, so this was a wonderful discovery! There is also a small attached dining room, which we converted to an office using a curtain rod and curtains.

The only additional bill we pay is electric. Occasionally, the wifi struggles a bit, specifically when my boyfriend or I are playing online on Xbox, but a slight struggle with wifi is to be expected when it is a shared modem with other units. It's not something that has had a huge affect on us.

One final note: my boyfriend and I both contracted COVID in December, and we immediately told Regina, who was more than happy to work with us to get caught up on rent after that time.

TLDR: If you're considering these apartments, you are looking in the right place. They have put a lot of time and effort into making it a great renting experience, and that effort shows! :)

I have lived at these apartments for almost 3 years and plan to renew my lease again. My only complaint which is not Regina's fault is the awful construction and them taking up all of the parking when they could easily park in over flow parking with there equipment.

My Family and I have lived here for the last 6 months. I have never had a issue with having things repaired. I report it to the office staff and within 24 hours it is repaired. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are waste receptacles for the pet owners to deposit their dogs feces however that requires lazy pet owners to actually care enough about their neighbors and where we live to actually clean up in behind their animals. As far as the dumpsters being so far away, they aren't that far seriously only requires a little effort to drop your garbage off on your way out of the complex. The only issue I Have is morons who don't live in your particular building taking up the parking spaces designated for the tenants of that particular building, when those particular tenants have a garage and a driveway but use another buildings parking places it leaves that particular buildings tenants parking way up the hill in the middle of the night when they come home from work. It also leaves females having to walk alone in the dark to their home because of a jerk.

I haven’t moved in yet but the management is very accommodating and helpful through the application process!

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The management, office manager and maintenance man are awesome! I have had zero problems. The complexes are always kept very clean as well.

I have really enjoyed living at Spring Valley. The complex is well maintained and the management and maintenance staff is always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Nice place to rent as the apartments are close to everything, Regina the manager and Mike in maintenance are very helpful and considerate. Nice clean apartments and pet friendly too!
