They truly went above and beyond while still offering very reasonable pricing. Worked quickly and was clearly knowledgeable. Excellent team! Sierra Plumbing repaired a broke sewer pipe 25 feet under our concrete foundation. I was able to schedule the job the same day I called them, and found their pricing to be quite reasonable. We were even able to use the plumbing while they were working. They were speedy and did solid work. The city inspector was impressed when he came to approve the repair. They are professional, friendly, and very experienced. I learned a lot about slab house plumbing over the course of the week as they updated me on the status of the project. I highly recommend Sierra Plumbing.!

I called Sierra Plumbing and within 30 minutes they were at my house. They were upfront and honest with every step of they way. Their workmanship is amazing. We hired Sierra Plumbing to redo all of the plumbing in our house. They came to our house and did a free consultation and we had them scheduled before the weekend. They are reasonably priced and professional. We had Jose re plumb our entire house in just two days! He was very polite and knowledgeable. Great company. Keep it up!

I had a great experience with Sierra Plumbing plumber. He solved a problem with my blocked pipe and his charges were very fair. He even thought to check on something related that was a problem and simply fixed it. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

We had a leak in our shower's hot water fixture. We called Sierra Plumbing and they sent a plumber to our house within the hour and he changed the worn out part and our problem was solved. He was very caring, efficient and explained everything he did. Would definitely recommend them.

They let me know when the plumbers will be coming in advance. They were punctual, friendly and very informative about the entire service. The price was competitive with other estimates I received from other plumbers. They have done work for me in the past and I will definitely call them in the future. Highly recommend!!

I don't believe the reviews. They canceled on me two days in a row and then passed me to an independent plumber without telling me.

I contracted this plumbing company to move a gas line at my house. The plumber, Randall Horn (Randy) took my money and negligently installed a gas pipe incorrectly. The gas pipe had a significant leak. CenterPoint turned off the gas at my house. I have had no gas or heat in Houston, Texas, with the freezing weather being under 20 degrees. I have not had gas at my house for two weeks now. This project has been ongoing for two months and only takes a day. He said he permitted the work with the City of Houston, but when I called the City to verify, they told me a plumbing permit was never pulled. As well as refusing to fix the problem, he had no idea what he was doing. I have called Sierra Plumbing 10+ times requesting to speak to the manager or owner, and they refuse to transfer or call me back. I reported this company and Randall Horn to the BBB and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Trust me... They will take your money and screw you over. BEWARE!!!!

I REGRET calling them to come repair my tankless water heater. The technician they sent blamed it on hard water clogging the heater, and instead of flushing it, sold me on installing a new tankless water heater, along with a recirculation pump and a new water softener. Paid him a substantial amount in cash, which should have been a red flag then and there. Three months later, I have water dripping down from a light fixture on the ceiling directly below the water heater. I call Sierra again, and they send the same technician to come take a look. The water heater is leaking on to the floor underneath because the pan underneath is not sealed properly. The heater shows an error message saying inadequate flow. The technician says he can come fix it 48 hours later but will need an advance payment to buy the parts. I make the mistake of trusting the man and paying a significant sum as an advance. And he completely ghosts me after that. Never showed up to fix the issue, and its been almost a month since and still Sierra Plumbing has done nothing to help solve the problem. I spoke to a supervisor once who said he will 'get back to me' and will email me and to reply back with details, but I never receive any email. So many calls since then and each time it goes to their 'answering service' that can only take a message and will not connect me to the supervisor. Lessons I have learnt from this whole experience with Sierra Plumbing
1. DO NOT PAY THE 99$ THEY SAY CAN GET YOU A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE- That will do nothing to help you, not even get you a return phone call from a supervisor
2. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL OFFICE LISTED AT THE ADDRESS THEY SHOW ON GOOGLE MAPS. It is just a generic office building and Sierra Plumbing doesn't even show up in the building directory. Even their answering service will not give you their physical address so you can't go talk to them in person.
3. DO NOT TRUST THEIR TECHNICIANS. They will do a shoddy job that will leak 3 months later and will ghost you after taking your money.
4. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SELL YOU. Their technician installed sold me and installed a water recirculation pump that I now learn (after speaking to the manufacturer) that it is completely incompatible with the tankless water heater that he himself installed
5. DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY IN ADVANCE.
