We have recently relocated to Missouri, and we needed a dedicated cell phone for work calls only. We own and operate an electrical contracting company, Freelance Electric Inc, in the southern area of Springfield, Missouri.

Amazing customer service. Michelle and Devyn went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were able to upgrade our phones. They stayed past closing to help us out and both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Completely blown away by the customer service, would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I had the best experience today at the Nixa T Mobile store. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Kenny was very patient and took the time to explain things and got my phone working good again. It was so nice to feel like someone genuinely cared about your issue and was willing to take all the time needed.

In a recent visit to this store, I was professionally and courteously helped by Shayla and Zoie. They helped resolve. billing question which the T-Mobile call centre did not help me with. I felt like I was in good hands.

I was having the WORST day ever with a phone situation...on hold.getting hung up on..so decided to go into the store and was ANGRY when I walked in...they had my problem solved within 5 minutes. I went back the next day to add a line and.Nick helped me out! Go to Nixa, these guys do those company proud!!
