Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us fix our dishwasher when we had several issues. He was very committed to following through until everything was fixed and working correctly and made an effort to be as efficient as possible. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to others in the area and I highly recommend them for the greater Springfield area. Will definitely call them again if we have appliance issues!

Our original warranty with Lowes had us scheduled for service four days after our report. Cooks called us and were able to get us in the same day!

Patrick was sent to our house on the service call for our dryer. He was very knowledgeable and had the issue fixed quickly. He also took the time to give us some maintenance tips to keep our washer and dryer running well. I can’t thank you enough!

I bought a used washer and dryer from the Nixa store. They were wonderful and kept their work on everything they said and then some. The washer had a problem but it didn't happen until one day after the 30 day warranty ran out! They came and fixed it any way with no charge. Now that is taking care of your customers. The service techs they sent out Austin and Patrick were very knowledgeable and caring (even gave me tips on running the washer more efficiently). They cleaned up any mess they did. I would recommend them to all! I have bought other used appliances at the Nixa store before and have been very please with their sales and service.

Fantastic! I have been using Cook’s repair service since I’ve been in Ozark and I have never been disappointed! Reggie came out on a Friday to check my washing machine after my bulldog chewed the rubber seal. He was able to repair it enough for use until the new part came in on Wednesday. I received a call on Monday and he was out within about an hour and replaced the parts. I love when a company under promises and over delivers. Reggie was absolutely fantastic - extremely nice and friendly. He even took a few extra minutes to check the drain. Thank you again for the great service!

Travis was scheduled to arrive between 1p.m. and 7p.m. on my appointment day. He called a little after 2 and said he would arrive in 10 minutes. He did. He diagnosed the problem with my oven right away. He had the part with him. He turned the power off and put the new part in. He turned the power back on and tried the new part. I paid him and he was out the door. He was neatly dressed, very personable and professional and clearly knew his job. A truly pleasant experience. I appreciated the fact that the price quoted to me when I made the appointment included the service call, diagnoses and labor charge. The part cost was separate but that is to be expected.

Austin B was very nice and professional to work with. He called ahead to inform me he was coming and kept me informed through the entire process of fixing my dryer. Great service with great people!

Our home warranty company was helping us with a new refrigerator. We were not thrilled with the make/model they offered, so I decided to look around. The staff at Cook's were very friendly and helpful on the phone, so we went to their store in Nixa to look around. We found a very nice fridge within the amount of money the home warranty company was allowing us (not to go with the unit they suggested). Not only did we get a new refrigerator, we also found a new stove at a fair price. The deliver guys were very good also. Thank you.

We were having issues with our washing machine. Patrick took care of the problem and gave us a crash course on how to use the washing machine to it's best ability. Thank you for being so quick to help us out. We really appreciate it.

Reggie, the service technician, was prompt, professional, courteous, and very fast. He repaired our washing machine and was out the door in under 20 minutes. When I called, I spoke to Misty. She was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure our repair was still covered under warranty. I highly recommend Cook’s Appliance!

Just a great experience buying a new fridge at Cook's! The staff was very helpful and had all the information I needed. Setting up the sale, upgrade (adding an ice maker) and delivery was expertly done, and even enjoyable! I'll need disheasher in the near future so I'll be back!

Called for service on my maytag washing machine . They sent a service man right out to check it . Had to order the parts that were needed. When they came in Austin came right out to install them . Very friendly and polite . He even made a special trip to pick up an extra part that he noticed had some ware on it. I give him an A plus .

I purchased a used dyer today and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. I had a small issue and she made things A+ rating for me. I will be back to buy a stove next month. Her customer service experience was top notch in my book. I will refer family and friends to Cook's.

Our clothes dryer went out yesterday, just before we were leaving for vacation. I spoke to Cook's on the phone and they arranged a quick and quality repair. Travis was both professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the service from Cook's Appliance (Nixa).

Replaced our electric range this month. My wife and I are pleased with the sales and service we got from Cook's (Nixa). Because we replaced a drop in range with a slide in, Cooks got us in touch with RM&I and Dennis Barlow modified our cabinets quickly and professionally. Good job by all.

James helped us and gave us a great price on our freezer. The best part is the free delivery and the family atmosphere, no high pressure sales and a good selection.

After unsatifactory experiences with other repair services, Cook's finally repaired our oven. Our technician Keith was knowledgable, and spoke candidly about what was needed. We will call again for other repairs as needed, and would recommended this business to others.
