Amazing. Just simply amazing. Walked into the store needing a new dishwasher after ours bit the bullet over the weekend, and salesman helped me out right away. He listened to what I needed, and recommended solutions instead of the most expensive thing they had. Was highly impressed. Delivery was a breeze, installation a snap and a 5-year extended warranty was less than the cost of a 1-year warranty from the big box stores.

There is something to be said about a hometown business. They are there to make you happy, because they know a happy customer is a repeat customer! They had us setup and installed in just 3 days! Meanwhile, most of the big box stores had multi-week lead times.

I will definitely be back again for our next appliance! You guys rock!

We needed a refrigerator ASAP as ours had quit working. My husband went into the store on a Friday and on Saturday the store owner delivered and installed our new refrigerator. The service is very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thoughtful. It definitely pays to buy local!

I was very pleased with the genuine kindness that I received when purchasing a dishwasher. I never felt that I was being upsold. In fact, the gentleman assisting me had good things to say about a lower priced item.
The install fee was fair enough. I have done installs before, but right now I have enough on my plate.
I put my money in the "pocket" of a family owned business whenever I can. The experience I had here is why I do so.

If you are thinking about going anywhere else but Imhoff's, you need to re-think your decision!! They are amazing, their service after the sale is something so hard to find! Their staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable, and they've been doing it for 40 years! Check out their showroom, you will not be disappointed!! Scott is great and knows exactly what you need!

From the moment I walked into the salesroom floor to the moment the delivery guys left my home, I experienced nothing but friendly and capable service. The delivery guys showed care and attention to detail in their work that they'd show installing those appliances in their own homes. Going so far as to set the clock on the stove before they left! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Great place to buy appliances! I highly recommend the speed queen washer & dryer. After having so many problems with other washing machines I was told by a friend about speed queen. It’s been an absolutely wonderful machine. I do a lot of laundry it’s fast & gets my clothes clean. Never had any problems till recently it started making a funny noise. I called imhoffs they came checked it out. It needed a new belt & bam they fixed it immediately. They didn’t have to order a new one & come out again to fix it. Best of all I was never out of a washing machine didn’t have to lug all my laundry to a laundromat like I had to in the past. You guys are awesome! Thanks for the GREAT service.
