AT&T Store

Bradley provided excellent service correcting a misunderstanding when adding a new line. He stopped in at another AT&T location to check our account while he was out of his location. While in store, Bradley was able to manage three different customers at the same time, making our experience very quick and convenient. He thoroughly communicated all the changes made to our bill and account and explained our different options.

Max was very helpful and helped us understand the mix up. He fixed our problem and even stayed to ensure our phones were working. Great job Max and Thank you for helping us switch to such a better service then what we had.

Best experience I’ve had at this store. Andrew K was the only employee at this store due to sickness and he was a great multitasker with several customers at the same time. Got in and out in less than 15 minutes. He was literally running to the printer to get my receipt and other paperwork. Super friendly and great attitude as well.

Max is great. He helped us get our phone numbers transfers from 2 other carriers and went way above and beyond with his customer service.
He even stayed after his shift to make sure that everything was working correctly.!!!

Wow, an AT&T store that 1.) actually picks up the phone 2.) truthfully answers questions over the phone 3.) will actually assist you with the ever so lovely AT&T website 4.) provided top notch customer service, and 5.) didn't try to upsale me on anything and everything possible. Ordered a phone online and had my son pick it up who was working and living the in the area. (Phone was for him and he's still on my plan). I get so frustrated with AT&T and vow to make the change to a different provider but then something happens like this and they redeem themselves.

I had not been in the store for at least two years because of bad service. But WOW, they have stepped it up, and I was extremely pleased with the way I was taken care of!! They are on the ball and really did a, great job!
