The Virtual Touch Beads

Do not order from this company! I placed an order in early January, and still have not received it. I've left voicemails and written emails, but have never gotten a response to any of them. They have my money as well as my beads. Don't know how they can get by with representing themselves as a reputable company.

Ordered from this company in February and still haven't gotten my items but they got their money! Left several messages and no response! BBB what type of business is this? I ADVISE NO ONE TO ORDER FROM HERE!

I wouldn't recommend this company AT ALL. Placed an order mid-January money taken out of my account 2 days after, as of today March 6th, have still not received my order. I have called and left numerous messages. I have also filled out and sent the customer form they have on the website, more than once..... No responses AT all!! Today I sent an email and it was kicked back to me, undeliverable.....My order wasn't sizable, BUT, was still an order and they got their money. No product OR response makes for bad business practice!!!

Ordered once, got item quickly. Ordered 2nd time in December, still waiting, took my money. Decided to try again, order on backorder. Fixing to report to better business. Left at least 20 messages for them to return my call. Would not recommend
