Family Medicine Associates (Northwest Health Services)

The entire staff is Excellent!! The front desk ladies are so friendly and kind!! Trevor Perdue and his nurse are top notch! They answered all my questions and went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is a wonderful medical office that care of their patients from the time they walk in the door to the time they leave. Thank you!!

Front desk was prompt & friendly, wait was short for my appointment, & the MA & doctor were very helpful as far as answering my questions!

I've never had an issue with this location. I get in quick, the people are friendly and they always do everything they can to help me. I used to see Dr. Hall before I moved. Now that I'm back, I see Lessor. Never had a problem with anyone or their services.

After moving to the area, I was without a provider. I was very low on medications and completely out of Suboxone. I had called another place and they were very friendly however quite expensive. As I only have Medicaid, my options are limited.
After trying several online doctor services, only to find out that they either could not serve my state or could not prescribe my medication, I was in full withdrawal.
My mother suggested calling Northwest Healthcare Services (Family Medicine Associates). She received care from a provider there and was very happy with them. So, I called and explained my situation, honestly I expected to wait. To my surprise they were very understanding and with my medical records they called in my prescription that day and had me in the next day!
I have been with them ever since. I see a nurse practitioner who is the most caring and compassionate woman. She listens to me and we work together to meet my healthcare needs. I would recommend Family Medicine Associates to anyone.

I have been taking my Children to Lisa Dove for the past year and she is phenominal! She has worked with us when we havent been traditional with our children and their shots. Not only that, but their medicaid representative, Michelle, has been working hard for us when our things needed to be changed with our medicaid file. I honestly could not be happier with my childs doctors office. They are incredibly nice. The nurses, Lisa, and everyone I have come in contact with there.
I think the low star rating is from the other part of the facility because the pediatrician side is amazing.

Kathy Darnell works at the FMA location and she is amazing. If you are looking for a PCP who genuinely cares about you, she is your best option. Kathy’s staff is also very friendly and always make you feel like they care about you.

Just wanted to say Thank you to the lab tech whom drew my blood work. I'm normally a hard stick however she was so fast and efficient with the process I didn't feel a thing. Thanks again

I doctor with Rachel Lessor, FNP. She is very personable and always answers my questions in great detail. I love the service at this clinic and will continue to utilize them in the future.

The staff are helpful from front desk, to the nursing staff, to the providers. Rachel is so professional, caring, and on top of things! Her staff are great, non-judgmental!

I had never had a issue with them, the fact their open on Saturdays is awesome and the doctor is very helpful. I only go for my yearly exams and whenever sick .

A great alternative if you prefer providers who are not with Mosaic. They do sometimes refer patients to Mosaic Specialists.
