We ordered our 2023 Road Glide from Alaska, the service that was provided was top notch from the day I placed the order to the day we road out the door! I dont know where to start. I would like to thank Brandon for reaching out to me after I requested a quote off Facebook. I called back the next day and Spencer spoke with me, took some information about the bike I was going to trade and by the end of the day he had some numbers for me. I then went to the store the next day, 2-10-22 with my 2 wheels in tow. No sooner do I walk in to the front desk to update HOG miles on my 2 wheeler and Brandon said if I needed any information he could get it. So he comes to the front desk and the rest is history. Brandon and Spencer both were very happy to answer questions I had about the Trike I was purchasing. April explained all the paperwork part very well and Chad and Jay were helpful in the parts department. They got a heated/cooling seat and parts book ordered. This is the second motorcycle I have bought fro Roughrider Harley. I will keep going for gear and parts and whatever else I need or want to them. Best experience ever. Treated like family. The Roughrider team knocked it out of the park on this one. I’m very happy with how this bike turned out. I guess the communication between sale, parts, service, and myself really impressed me. A few parts ended up backorded but Mike did a great job finding alternatives and let me know what was happening. Ben in service helped a lot getting the bike to a detail shop for ceramic coating for me. DJ let me buy without pressure as it took me a while to make up my mind. Thank you guys!!
