Baymont by Wyndham Mandan Bismarck Area

My wife and I recently stayed here in Executive Suite, just to get-away from home. The staff were all great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, making booking and checkin/checkout easy.

The rooms may need some updating, but most hotels do. We enjoyed our time and will stay again when we want to get away.

This place is pretty decent. I have no issues with the quality or the staff. Breakfast is decent as well. I asked for a bowl so I can heat up some soup in my room for dinner. Expecting a paper bowl the receptionist came out with a very nice porcelain bowl and spoon for me to use. Never expected that kind of service. Stayed here a few times and don't have any complaints. It's pretty neat inside as well

The staff here are amazing. The restaurant has great food great beer, great entertainment everyone that works here is very friendly. Will go above and beyond to assist you the best that they can. I am here for work and I will be staying here long-term because of the friendliness of the staff. The hot tub is awesome. They have a decent size pool, a pool for little ones. The rooms are nice and clean Tyler and Bryce are both amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I don’t know their names but I appreciate everyone here.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Bar serves best Chicken fingers and Buffalo Wings. Slide in pool area and hot tub. Quiet and relaxing. Easy registration, auto checkout. Good time held by all.

Kelly at the Baymont was so helpful today over the phone. She was quick and easy to work with. Her customer service skills are unmatched and she swiftly solved my problem in under 5 minutes! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone staying in the Mandan area!

Tyler and Liz are amazing the service they provide is excellent would definitely recommend this hotel for any vacation or even just visiting very nice rooms amazing staff

Liz the front desk attendant was phenomenal and very spectacular. When I arrived to check ins he was very friendly and efficient. She is a remarkable attendant she checked me in and was able to make a fellow customer very happy while helping them with a small issue ok n the room by trouble shooting the issue while on the phone. REMARKABLE!!!! I love this place.

We have been working with Kylie and Chelsea and they both are a dream to help and plan our event. Every little detail and any changes I have made are no problem for them. They probably think I am like a Bridezilla but have assured me I am not! We have a very large event planned and we have reworked the seating in every room. The patience and attention to details have been unending! I have planned events with Kylie and have been more than satisfied in all aspects. Thanks for taking care of us! Tess

Best hotel I've stayed at will go again

Stayed here on one of their busiest weekends (powwow). From the outside, it looks like an older hotel, nothing fancy. When I walked in, it was modern, and Lexy was the only one working the front desk. She was busy helping two other people get new keys and snacks all while efficiently getting me checked in. Totally a rockstar. We get to our room and it was very clean, updated, and comfortable. We slept like rocks. The hallways were clean and no bad smells anywhere in the hotel. I was surprised how quiet the place was for being such a busy weekend. The breakfast the next day was very good and they are pet friendly to boot. If you’re not looking for frills and glamor, but want a reasonably priced older but updated hotel, stay here. Will stay again.

Staff Jenny has been awesome. Very helpful with our wheelchair assistance room with walk in shower. Jenny went above and beyond. Just an over welling experience. It's on our list if we are back this way. Thank you very much, Jenny. Needed to add that Jack Jack Jack was very awesome when it was time to check out. He too needs a pay raise. Just Thanks again for helping me.

The guy managing the counter on October 19th, 2022 8-9pm local time. Saved us and helped us out. He went above and beyond to be (I promise you) more helpful than anyone we have stayed with on our trip so far!!! We are driving from NY to Montana and back. We prearranged stays months in advance and they consistently either cancel last minute or completely "forget" to have the room we prearranged on the first floor... We even had a few places try and shake us down for my wife's service dog! Basically that's EXACTLY what happened at Blackstone across the street. After being asked to have my wife (with her service dog and cane) carry our luggage up "it's only 2 flights" of stairs, I just crossed the road on a whim, and without arrangement, our guy Ali hooked us up with all the handicap accessible shower and room on the first floor AND did NOT rip me off at all!!! It actually turned out to be a better deal than across the street fir MUCH, MUCH better accomodations.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm, but slept well. The air conditioner worked great. The bar and grill offered good meals. I had the crispy shrimp basket with a baked potato. A real baked potato, not steamed. Our waiter/bartender was friendly and took good care of us. The breakfast was pretty much the usual motel fare but served the purpose. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Off the beaten path. Cozy, fun, safe and all of the amenities anyone can ask for. The rooms are care for by the staff. The pool is amazing. There is an I house resteraunt and pub. Need I say more! Throw your feet up and stay here, you will thank me over and over for enlightening you....:) Rest well!!!

I truly am enjoying my stay here so far and will continue to stay here. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. They really take pride in their work and love their jobs. I especially want to mention Libby, who is at the front desk and is always checking to make sure you are happy. Dana, who has been moved over to the sales department from the front desk, has been extremely efficient in every aspect of my stay and is a pleasure to work with. Kayla is also in sales and is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, there is nothing she can't solve. My room was very clean and comfy. The room attendants check on me twice a day to see if I need anything, they are very friendly as well. I truly have enjoyed my stay and reccomend this hotel to anyone. The service, room and employees are great! The restaurant was awesome especially my waitress Stephani and the bartender Austin. This place is like home and includes the best service ever, thanks again!

We had the best experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was so much fun and we loved the water slide. The hot tub is amazing! The bed was wonderful and the breakfast was outstanding.

The location is great. The food is excellent. The room was spacious and comfy. I was impressed with the wall display of N. Dakota's military servicemen that served in battle zones and a wall dedicated to speech debates and their coaches.

Wonderful, clean and convenient hotel with a bar for two complimentary drinks and a good hot breakfast. Rooms were big and spacious. Indoor pool with slide and other fun things for kids’

Very accommodating, worked with me on holding my room in case I needed to stay another night due to weather after a wrestling tournament, as I lived 4 1/2 hours away. Nice rooms, very clean and very friendly staff. Would stay again.
