Been coming here for years. For 5 years or so the selection was awful, but they have a great selection again! I was able to find boots for all the grands while the hubby was getting work boots.

Only place I buy my boots.
12-31-21 well I have to change my review. I stopped by yesterday looking for a pair of red wing work boots. The guy sent me across the street to Scotts shoes. Scott had the red wings.
But I still love Justin's boots.

Didn't find any boots this trip. However, you never know what will be in stock and it's definitely worth stopping by. They do have a great selection with very good prices!

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a specific type of boot, and an employee helped me one on one with different fits, going between the back of the store checking for inventory and helping my search greatly. With help I found exactly what I was looking for quickly and painlessly. Highly recommended for quality boots.

I was sent to Terri at the Joplin store by Corporate who told me Stephanie at the Monett store, had what I was looking for. So I called the Monett store and Stephanie answered the phone. I told her the model number 2551 of the elusive, now discontinued boot, I was looking for. Terri was right, Stephanie had not one, but two pairs of 2551 that were considered to have imperfections.

Stephanie grabbed both pair of boots that she had in stock, and explained to me in depth what the imperfections were. Much to my surprise, a ball point pen mark and a boot jack mark is why the were considered imperfect. Yeah I bought both of them and received one heck of a deal on them.

This is customer service the way it should be. She helped a trucker on the side of the road and went out of her way to make sure she had what I was looking for. I cannot express enough my gratitude for her taking the time out of her busy day, to take care of this one VERY happy customer.

Folks, do your selves a favor and stop in the Monett or the Joplin stores. Both Stephanie and Terri will go out of their way to take care of their customers. I thank you both for your exceptional customer service!

The staff is very friendly. We was looking for a pair of work boots for my husband he loved the pair he had already and wanted another pair just like them. Joplin Justin boot store did not have the. In stock but called Monett store and they had them. So they held them for us. We went and got them they was just what he wanted and also bought a belt and wallet. We will be back to that store the next time we need boots.

I'm getting married in two weeks and I just changed colors. I was stressed out of my mind but what did I find? I don't know her name but the lady that helped me happened to be a photographer. She helped me pick out some boots that went perfect with my bouquet. She did absolutely amazing and just the kind I liked. This lady deserves a raise, lol
