West Plains Bank and Trust Company Willow Springs Branch

We have banked elsewhere previously for countless years. Recently we made the change to West Plains Bank and primarily use the Willow Springs Branch. It has been a Wonderful Change! The people here are absolutely terrific! So friendly and helpful! I love being able to go through the drive through and see the "smiling" faces of the associates there! Thank You For Coming To Our Area!!!

I’m like many. I just moved to Willow Springs from Maine and was very reluctant to switch from my bank there because of bad experience with other banks but I made the switch and so glad I did.

I gotta say that these Folks are some of the nicest people around. Moved here from Illinois and everytime I come in they are nothing but smiles and helpful. Shannon

To who this may concern if any of u have money deposited n west plains bank and trust u need to get it out of that bank cause u will never b able to take it out to pay ur bills I had my ssa check that went direct deposit my work pay went direct deposit, they locked my account with them I am losing my home my car and my job. Because of a person who deposited checks that turned out to b a scam they r making me responsible I am losing everything I have cause west plains bank and trust keep my money so I could not pay my rent, I lost my car that took me back and forth to the store doctors and to pay my bills. With out a car I could not get to work I couldn't get my medicine cause I had no money to pay for them I am now on the street the weather is getting colder and I am 65 year old trust me west plains bank has no compassion. If u have money n that bank u r better off getting ur money out of that bank what happen to me can and will happen to u. Thanks to that bank I have lost everything I have worked hard for. They r the most uncaring people at any bank I can't get any loans do to west plains banks I was approved for the loans but I have no way to receive them and west plains bank don't want to solve this matter they just want to hurt someone they have a place to go home to at nightie I ever get back on my feet I will never put my money n the west plains bank every again beware of them. Trust me u will b next.
