Idk why I still go to this bank, they randomly canceled debit cards without telling you why, they reject legal payments such as my credit card payment I've been trying to pay for the past 2 month but this bank keeps declining the transaction. In terms of communication they do not know how to do their job

I went to your ATM machine outside and tried to get money off.My card every time I do it says transaction fail.I don't know why saying this.When I literally called the card after I said that and it said the money's on it

Had many poor experiences at this branch. They are not good at communicating. Was able to go to a different location and get what I needed as far as loans and accounts go. Only go here when desperate or to make a very simple deposit, although they've messed that up for me too.

Worst bank branch ever. Do not put your money in this low quality, poor service, unfriendly, scam of a bank.
