Came in to get a 'tune up' before a cross country trek. Staff was very kind and helpful. One problem could not be fixed up front, but the shop continued to work with us and ultimately the issue was resolved with very little headache on our end.

Overall pricing seemed reasonable and the staff seemed very trustworthy. Would recommend to friends and family.

I took my car in with a problem that’s been troubling me for 3 years. Brad called me after they inspected it and gave me a full rundown with details about everything that was causing the problem. Brad never pressured me to get everything fixed, rather he told me what needs to be fixed now and what will need to be fixed in the future, so it was 100% my choice.

I got my car back and it’s like I have a brand new car. I drive very far for work and now I can finally look forward to driving my car again.

Brad and his crew has my car fixed in less than a day and a half.

Reasonable pricing and extremely friendly/efficient staff. They always fix any issue in a timely manner. They can work on any car. I currently have a European vehicle. Absolutely Fantastic! Will highly recommend and continue to take my vehicles to Sallas for service and repair! Paul gave me updates every step of the inspection and repair process. The online inspection they share has pictures of the issues they find and allowed me to approve instantly of the repairs I wanted done now while keeping a record of items that will need service/repair in the future. ZERO pressure to do repairs/service I was unable to complete this trip or didn't feel I needed! Paul and the Service Tech answered my questions by walking me around my truck and showing me the issues along with their thoughts and recommendations. The whole experience was stress free and pleasant! From the young lady I spoke with on the phone, to the Service Techs and the Service Reps, everyone was very polite and smiling. Thank you Sallas! Sallas is courteous and efficient. I went in this morning to get my car inspected. They knew I had a timeframe, and they did their best to stay within it, and my car was ready far sooner than they promised. Impressive service.

Highly recommend, as they were very quick and helpful. I had a tire shred thrown into the front of my car and they pulled it out and checked my car over to make sure I could make the two hour drive home.

5 stars. My vehicle broke down while I was visiting KCMO (over heated). I made it to a friend's house and replaced the thermostat myself, but that didn't stop the over heating.

I had to get out of town to get back to work, so I called and set up a tow to get the vehicle to Sallas.

Sallas did a great job of getting the car right in, they communicated well throughout the process, and they were extremely detailed.

Best of all, the issue was a simple airpocket and a burp of the coolant system fixed it. They didn't try to over charge, no pressure. And the complementary inspection was extremely detailed.

If I lived in KC, this would be my mechanic.

Sallas Auto Repair is the ONLY place I take my vehicle to have repairs done. They are honest and very reliable and they even offer rides or they can pick up your vehicle and return it to you! Very convenient! I would recommend them 100%!

We have been Sallas customers for over 10 years and this is probably only the second time we've used the Kansas City location. We wanted to get our 2018 Subaru Legacy detailed and the June newsletter offered a special on detailing so we set up this appointment. The results were outstanding! This is a car my spouse uses for her business and it has never looked better. We requested no scented or fragrant products be used and they honored our request without question.
