Couldn’t be more pleased with this shop! Melvin and the team helped me get my Jeep up and running after a very mysterious diagnosis and lost hope. They didn’t give up on me though! Pricing is great, service is great, turnaround time is great.

Jerry's Auto Repair exceeded my expectations! I brought my car in due to a noise from the back passenger brakes, and they quickly diagnosed that there was no issue but just needed minor cleaning. Despite that, they still went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues on my car. I was impressed by their efficiency and the reasonable pricing. They got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend Jerry's Auto Repair for their excellent service and honesty!

This in my new go to auto repair shop. Great Staff and Great Service. After taking my Chrysler 300 to 2 other auto shops for an annoying noise in my front end, neither could figure out the cause. I had become extremely frustrated. Both stated everything was tight, to keep driving it. I made an appointment at Jerry's Auto repair. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, they called me at 10:45, said the issue had been identified. Sure enough, they fixed the problem and at a reasonable price. I am the happiest customer. I feel a lot safer driving my vehicle again. You all are AWESOME! I definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future auto needs.

We had them do an alignment and used car evaluation. They gave us a detailed report and were friendly and personable from start to finish. Would highly recommend them, and will do business with them again!

The guys at Jerry's Auto Repair did what seemed impossible to me. They not only replaced my Ford Fusion Hybrid transmission, but did for a reasonable rate. Did I mention how personable they are? They kept me posted on the progress of my repair and were always friendly and easy to talk to. As a widow of a certain age, I felt confident they would treat me fairly. They are all that a neighborhood garage can be and more. PS I also went to the. For routine maintenance, tires, etc. Five thumbs up!

Just want to say how it was a Blessing to go into the shop a couple weeks ago with some issues with my car and they were so helpful! I was hearing a sound that no one could hear but Steven volunteered to ride with me, to check it out but he didn't hear it either. However, Matt the owner said he would drive my car himself and he heard it & checked it out! He showed me where something was wrong with my front tires, and I needed new one's immediately as well as an alignment!!

I have had several repairs done at this shop. I grew up taking cars to Quest Automotive, but now live on the other side of town. If Jerry's is a good location for you I would recommend them for repair work. Theyre honest and reliable guys to have working on your car.

He answered my phone call on a Sunday while closed. Told him my problem with my truck. Said he could have it fixed the next day. Huge relief being 500 miles from home an not having any tools to fix the problems myself.

Quick MO state inspection for my wife’s car

Brought my car in to have the wheels balanced after I installed tires myself and did not balance them correctly. These guys took care of it, price was reasonable, and the car drives like a dream now without any vibration.

Stopped in unannounced after running over and lodging a bolt in my tire. They were very busy but quickly got me in and repaired the tire. Highly recommend. They are a full service auto repair shop.

I have an ‘02 Firebird that had a lying gas gauge (always full or empty) I ran out of gas one day because I would just use the odometer as I knew what kind of mpg it should get. That killed the fuel pump. They took the gas tank out and replaced the pump but nothing got better so I went to at least 4 other shops who just threw parts at it in hopes of getting lucky. After a few thousand dollars in worthless repairs I went back to Jerry’s and they went completely through everything- exhaust flow test etc and discovered that my intake manifold was actually warped. They replaced it twice under warranty and now she runs like it’s supposed to. The SES light hasn’t returned, no more running rich and it’s getting as good if not better fuel economy than it ever has! I’m so glad I took it to Jerry’s! These guys aren’t your typical charlatans with an ASE plaque on the wall. I now live about an hour away but I don’t care I’ll be taking it to Jerry’s from now on!

I have used Jerry's Auto Repair many times & have always had good experiences. While waiting for my car I always make a point to pay attention to how other customers are treated. I also observe how the people working there conducted themselves with & without customers. Always, I was impressed at their knowledge & honesty. I believe them to be fair, honest & trustworthy.

Rick was especially helpful! I have a pretty uncommon car and he took the time to do his due diligence and research. He was honest and told me the best bet would be going to the dealer because it was a pretty expensive repair. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and friendly! Would use 10x over!

After bringing my Jeep in for repairs I will always bring my vehicles here. I would recommend them to anyone I know that they have the best customer service and conscientious mechanics.
