We have always had a great experience at Bailey. The salesman Trey Everett is always extremely helpful and courteous. He called us as soon as a car we were waiting to see was delivered We have bought 2 vehicles from him and I even referred my mom and she purchased one as well. We have a 2020 3500 and were on our way through the area when our truck decided to throw a fit, almost 3 hours from home. We limped it into Bailey GMC. They immediately came out and hooked it to the computer and dug into it. After getting an idea of what was going on, they gave us their loaner car to get home with. We couldn't be any happier with the service they did on our truck. They took their time and made sure everything single thing was done right. They called us along the way with updates. It was great! I highly recommend Bailey Chevrolet for any vehicle needs. I drove 75 miles to look at a truck and John made it worthwhile. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my interaction with John and his staff during my recent purchase of a pickup. John went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and addressed my concerns about previous vehicle purchases from other dealers.
The service department was quick and efficient in taking care of a couple issues that were agreed upon during the purchase and answered a couple questions I had.
