John has been my insurance agent since I was 16; he issued me my very first auto policy. I am now in my mid 40s and he still provides the same high level of service I am accustomed to receiving from him. Always employs super friendly and helpful staff to support his office. John has been doing this for a very long time and has a plethora of knowledge about insurance. I highly recommend.

John's assistant Aa’Reyona Gumby is the absolute best. Exemplary customer service. Very capable, thorough, kind, and patient; easy to work with. I love it when she helps me; I never dread calling the office like I do with some other companies I have to deal with.

The secretary always greets you when you walk in,plus if John not available she does her best to help when John isn't available. John is always available to answer questions and get me the best policy deal or info that I need to get taken care of plus this office also keeps customers up on latest info as things changes for the now
