This place really cares about the health, and care of your nails. Amy did an amazing job shaping my nails, and knew the exact length I wanted them. Throughout the whole process they were all constantly checking that I loved everything, and the prices are amazing!! As someone who gets her nails done every three weeks, it was a blessing. I will definitely be back.

Extremely pleased with this nail salon. Andy did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. Upon entering Pretty Nails the floor was being mopped… in the middle of the day mind you… which added to the already clean atmosphere. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I was attended to right away. Andy walked me through everything he was doing and even offered to figure out the price before getting started so I knew what I was getting into. The price was very fair for what I wanted done. Overall I have nothing but a huge smile on my face and am so glad I walked into Pretty Nails on a whim! They have won me over! Thank you so much Andy and the rest of you guys whom I’m sure I will get to know very soon! See you on my fill!

I’m so happy I found this place! They are very detail oriented and make sure you walk out with exactly what you asked for. My nails have never looked so well maintained and healthy! I have had multiple nail techs and have loved the work of all of them. Prices are very reasonable too!

This is a lovely place to get your nails done. Although they don't have a wheelchair accessible entrance, if you're like me and on a walker, this place is good because on one side is the pedicure stuff, the otherwise is nails, so not cluttered at all. They were doing some light maintenance (moving shelves and stuff) but none of it was in my way! They were super nice! It was a nice time.

I drive 40 minutes to get my nails done here because I have never had nails that looked this good before anywhere else! My edges are perfect, I'm always happy with the shape I ask for, and there is a huge selection of colors to choose from. Amy is amazing I ask for her every time and she is always extremely kind and does whatever design I ask! And I'm picky! Also Let's go Blues!

I recently moved to the St. Charles area and had been looking for a new nail salon. I am so happy I chose this place. Amy was meticulous and put so much time and focus into my nails. They’re the cutest ones I’ve ever had. The price was higher than I’m used to, but I was overall pleased with my experience and didnt mind the price. I recommend them!!

My first time here and I am impressed. She did a wonderful job on my gel French manicure. The place was very clean and tidy. I was able to walk in without an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes before they were supposed to open and they already had the door open and all of the lights on. Very friendly and polite... Some, but not too much, small talk. I will go back for sure!

My daughter and I loved our experience at Pretty Nails today. They were so sweet to my daughter, who is 6. She felt very special and comfortable. I got a full set, pedicure, and my eyebrows done. They did an excellent job. I felt the price was fair considering the amount of time and effort they put in for each service. Each technician is very professional and kind. I will definitely return in the future.

Most amazing staff ever! Amy deals with the customers wonderfully, takes care of you and does an amazing job on your nails. Extremely friendly i couldn't ask for a better nail salon. Remember they do get busy so make an appointment! They do take walk ins but like i said, this place is amazing and does get busy! Wish i could give more then 5 stars!!!

I've have been going here for about 2 years and I wont go anywhere else I have one person that does my nails and I love her she does an amazing job thank you amy for my amazing nails

Everyone was very friendly. While they worked efficiently, they were also not in any hurry nor did they hurry any of the customers there. Personally, I am crazy and don’t care for getting the pedicure itself, I just like the after effect. (This is anywhere I go and not a bad remark on this establishment. ). The gentleman that did my feet made sure I was comfortable and happy with the process the whole time. I will definitely be going back.

My first time at Pretty Nails was a great experience. I showed them a design from Pinterest that I liked and they worked with me with finding the correct colors and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back again. Thank you Christy for doing such a great job!

I found this place online and based on reviews I decided to give them a try. Was not disappointed!!! They were very friendly and did a fantastic job on my nails. I prefer the longer coffin shape and stiletto shape. Lee did them beautifully! I will definitely be back 😍.
