This company discriminates, lies, moves you to other houses without asking if you are available to work that house. Very unorganized. If something happens & you are a race other than white be prepared to lose your job & when you try to explain and or try and get an explanation they will just look at you like you’re stupid. Even though your points are very valid they will tell you that you are done and won’t give you any explanation. 10/10 would NOT recommend working here or having any loved ones in this facility!

First off, The reviews here are just bs. This place is not great at managing anything. They never hire enough people to work and the people they usually hire are lazy or they just do the minimum amount of work. You can let the lead know that someone is blatantly not doing their job and nothing happens. They hire people back who have a history of abusing clients just because they're too cheap to train new people. They don't like to pay what the job is worth so you're going to be here a long time before you make any real money doing this. Back to the abuse of clients, the state has investigated this company many many times and they find ways out of trouble. Why? Well because the client's are mostly non-verbal. If you're looking for a job that pays nothing and you can stand watching these clients slowly wither away due to negligence the this is the one for you.
