i LOVE this beauty supply!!! it has everything i need and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. they greet you immediately as you walk in and let you know that they’re available to help if you need it. there wig section always has someone there to help you and they have lots of deals!! i definitely recommend this place, they have everything!

I love coming here for great prices an seem to have everything. The store owners are very helpful an knowledge about products. I'll be coming back.

Been loving this store for about 5 years. Since I moved to kc . I was short and asked could I just come back , the lady said I trust you. I was short 50 dollars. I left and came back right before they closed . The lady said it's still some honest people in this world. Love the people that own the store . Jay hella cool, his Dad is so sweet, the ladies the work there are awesome. Every Time I come I get a discount. You know they like you when they let you use they bathroom. ❤❤💙💜

I worked at JT Beauty for nearly 5 years. This family is the greatest! They are the most kind hearted people you will ever meet. Most black people feel as though Koreans don’t like us and they just want our business but they are exactly the opposite. They go out of their way to make sure customers have the newest and the best hair products as well as the cheapest but greatest quality hair. They study and research products before putting them on the shelves. The Chang’s are very selfless people who love making a difference in the hair community. I’ve almost never heard anyone complain about prices or customer service because Even if meant discounting prices so low they actually lose profit they’d do just to make a customer happy and I’ve been a witness to them opening tabs to customers who were short 10 or more dollars or giving away anything from products to hair. They are very trusting and kind people and they truly have a passion for their store and for their customers. Lastly they care for their employees black or Korean and I can tell you that first hand they are genuinely amazing people!

Amazing store! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff wants to help you and very knowledgeable. This was my first experience at JT Beauty and it will not be my last! The store is very clean and organized. A HUGE selection of hair, wigs, products, accessories, exc. Everything and everything you could need! Thank you!!

I love that they're around the corner. Very down-to-Earth and quite pleasant. Doesn't follow you around like you're a thief which is always a plus lol They even let me demonstrate how good my favorite edge control work without a fuss, just make sure to inform them that you're purchasing the item. Can't just dig your fingers in the product lol

I love this store they are so nice I miss living close by it is such a treat when I get to come here the mom is lovely and her son is awesome and the uncle I guess he is very funny they never bother me when I shop me and my daughter love it here I will drive the long distance when I can and it's always clean I've never felt nothing but genuine kindness don't steal and don't be rude and you'll have a friend here ✊😁

Super nice people. Because of the customer service, I am a regular customer to JT Beauty. They have a variety of products and hair for a really good price. Ive tried comparing to other hair stores and other hair stores are always a $1 or $2 more for the same products

I have to say this place is well worth the drive for my hair products... I can call and let them know that I'm on the hwy coming from 30 mins away close to closing time and they will wait for me. Now that's customer service and with a smile....🌸🌺🌸
