This location was amazing, they recently went under new management, Thank God and brought in new employees from other Verizon Stores. Josiah was great to work with, he fixed my issue on my phone very quickly

My husband and I are traveling from NY for a month and his phone capacity became full yesterday. We are in our 70s and usually take one of our kids with us when we need phone service !!! We went to this location and received the best service we have ever had at a Verizon store! The manager was extremely informative and pleasant. Kwey, an excellent employee, could not have been more patient or helpful. Thank you so very much!

Steer clear of Randy though -- when he and another guy were explaining some options/possibilities for my international situation, they moved to the next option before finishing the previous one. So I said, "Wait, go back, what were you starting to say about xyz?" The other guy finished that one, and then Randy said, "Now, before I was interrupted by YOU, I was STARTING to say..." Yup, Randy reprimanded the customer! Heaven forbid the customer should ask to have something clarified. Apparently not too well versed on customer service. Didn't even apologize.

So stay with Zale. Awesome guy!

(And if you don't know, we veterans get a pretty good discount from Verizon as well!)

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional employees. I have been inside this location many times and always had a positive experience. Workers take the time to help match you with the best product for your needs. They're not just a salesman pushing the newest promotion.

Armand was AMAZING! my situation with my phone was weird and he was able to fix it no problem and get my correct number to my new phone after no one else could. THANK TOU ARMAND and thank you dustin for helping as well!

Their staff help is super friendly. They are so very knowledgeable about new and older phones as well. They solve my my problems quickly along with a few laughs every time I'm there. I love this place!♡

I was given the most solid advice I've been given in a while... Have patience. A KID! I really dislike Verizon stores normally. This store's different. Stop in; let the kids school you. Embrace technology!

The staff at Verizon were very helpful and understanding. After a waiting a long time they were not going to be able to fix my problem in the store but provided guidance on how I could get help with my phone efficiently.

Long wait but I went without an appointment I was there about an hour guy said it would take 4 to 10 days to complete port in but an hour later from leaving i was on Verizon network

Best customer service! Garrett was my tech, he answered questions about my phone, always with a smile and from the time I walked into the store was assisted promptly and wonderful service!

I needed a new phone, Micah helped me select the right phone for me.

He transferred my data , put the new screen protector on, put the new otter protective case on.

Always had trouble dealing with Verizon store in the past concerning customer warranties or insurance problems with broken phone or accessories. I called in before coming in because I only wanted a longer charger with at least a year warranty because I was sick of buying the cheap gas station ones. WITHIN THE FIRST FEW HOURS I look down to see what percent my phone was charged and some how the tip of the charger cord was ripped out. Stunned and sort of upset I thought I was going to have to deal with a long process to get a new one. Surprisingly, The gentleman I dealt with at the Navarre Ave. location not only did not give me trouble, he had it waiting ready to go for me as soon as I arrived(in 5 minutes).

The guy we spoke to in Nevada regarding our purchase was a step above, we were treated very well. The people at the physical store were kind as well.
