I just went through the drive thru at the Taco Bell by the mall and I was like 20 cents short on my 2.30 something order and the girl at the window was nice enough to cover it for me, then I was so embarrassed I drove off before she gave me my sauce packets so she ran to the next window to give it to me. The guy at the next window apologized for how long it was taking and gave me two coupons for free tacos. I am so grateful to these people for being so kind. I've always loved taco bell and I feel loved back lol

This location has always been amazing and they still are. Beautiful outdoor seating with flowers and very clean. Thank you to all who make it happen.

This the taco bell by the mall. We get breakfast there quite often. They are always really friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. Great job!

I love the nachos, and bean burritos 🌯! Plus the big box of tacos 🌮 is perfect if you have a herd of children!

Tried to pay my $25 order with $100 bill. They said they did not have change and if I could go break it somewhere and come back. I was confused and frustrated so I left with the intention of going somewhere else to eat. I usually don't call and complain but the fact that this is a major fast food chain and couldn't break $100 perplexed me. So I called and spoke with the manager and she explained that she had just made a "drop" at the bank and didn't have the denominations necessary to provide change. In light of this new information I apologized and reassured her that I understood her plight. She then went above and beyond and said if I could return she would provide my order free of charge! I was overcome with gratitude, this is how you ensure repeat business...thank you!!!

Never had the black bean chalupa before, not bad at all. Super fast drive thru service

The manager here was excellent! As well as the staff.
My husband and I drive a semi truck. Coming through Farmington late at night looking for a place to grab a quick bite. Lobby was closed but drive-thru open. The manager saw that we were in a semi truck and opened the doors to let us order food. Not many places are this accommodating to truckers. Thank you very much

Employees were very cautious of the virus. They had 2 people with masks outside, taking orders and credit card payments to move the line very quickly. Orders are handed to the customer in a big plastic bin to avoid contact with the cashier. Very well thought out plan. Food was good too!

Very good cheesy double beef burritos. Worth the $2. Spicy is good too. 2 burritos and I'm full.🎶got to put sum hot sauce on my burrito baby. You know you look good to me🎶🤓👌🌯🌯

Customer Service has declined over the last few years, but the food is still good. Taco Bell is Taco Bell.

Best service my girlfriend and I have ever gotten in fast food. One of the employees, whom I'm assuming is the manager, is always ecstatic, friendly, and accurate.

Neither my girlfriend, nor myself can have meat or dairy, so we exempt these items from our orders. We have never had an issue with them messing up our order, despite every other Taco Bell doing so.

We appreciate their hard work and consistency.

Probably the best Taco Bell in town. They have their drive through very streamlined so even if the line is long, the wait is reasonable. Rarely forgets items in an order and has great customer service. Unfortunately corporate has been making a lot of menu changes, but I still love the food.

They always get my order right! I love that even if it’s packed here it goes by quick! And it’s one of the few Taco Bell’s that tastes like a more authentic Mexican food!!

The night crew is always the sweetest when I come by. I was having a rough night tonight, and they wrote a little message on my bag and gave me some cinnamon twists to help my feel better. Honestly made my night a little bit better! Thank you guys ♥ Oh and the food was delicious and freshly cooked!
