Dr. Bartholomew is great! He found a serious problem with my husband's eye that had been overlooked from the VA for years. I'm glad we found him! He saved my husband from possibly losing his sight.

Dr Bartholomew is very personable and fun to converse with. The other two people my wife and I had interaction with were kind and helpful.

Everyone is top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else got my eye doctor.

Went in in Fall 2021 as my current prescription contact lense was no longer giving me the great monvision I've had for several years. They could not get it corrected, despite multiple attempts and visits. It was disappointing. I ended up paying for contacts that, although slightly different than what I originally had, were no better.

One of the employees there, I think her name is Kate, she's thin, has grayish hair, is the most condescending, deplorable Karen I've met in a long time. Not only was she rude, she was rather ableist to my disabled parents, and tried to shove COVID protocol when Bartholomew spoke about anti-vaxx rhetoric while I was in the chair.

When it came to get my glasses, the woman told me I could have my dad pick them up without me and "Kate" again was rude and condescending. She's a real piece of work and quite frankly I'd pass on this. Go to Springfield instead because this place is a dumpster fire compared to what it used to be years ago.

What happened to the other eye doc??? He was more laid back and personable and friendly and helpful!!! Now its so stiff n no one makes eye contact when talking to u! Took my daughter there today n left very disappointed and annoyed! It baffles me the amount of people who work in customer service n seem to hate it!

Glasses we're not properly fitted and marked before making. My time ran out on trial period after they ridiculously adjusted the frames they told me to try them and would take care of me because they want me to be satisfied any way. When i went back they couldn't do anything to help me because the woman in charge was not there on Saturdays! Will not go back. $250 down the tube! Jeff Reed

I went in to ask questions about something without a mask. The employee working there was rude and talked down to me and another individual who walked in without a mask while telling us we had to leave. I don’t have a problem with you asking me to wear a mask but you don’t have to be rude about it.

They refuse to give me my prescription over the phone which is illegal. Does my primary doctor refuse to give me my prescription over the phone? Absolutely not.
