Luggage quality and customer service are fantastic! Over the years, every time I’ve contacted this company for parts or repair it has been nothing short of exceptional. My latest interaction was the main zipper on my bag was damaged as in somehow a section was smashed. I had been using the bag for about 3 years which also happens to be the warranty period. I expected to pay for a zipper repair but they just sent me a new bag. No nonsense here…unbelievable!

Sent my bag for repair through Crew Outfitters, Miami.
Today I received my repaired bag and was absolutely amazed by the craftsmanship performed by the luggage works. It seemed like a new bag and they even fixed the small little things which were not even requested. Great work. Keep it up.

True quality products and service. I'm still using a 15+ year-old Stealth, and it was missing a minor part that is inconsequential to the functioning of the bag and too small to economically sell. All it took was a call to LW and they sent the part so my bag can be perfect again. Thank you!!!

My bags been abused over 7 years and the most I've had to do was remove and WD40 the bearings.

These bags last longer than anything else on the market for crew. I think there's some failures others have had but I've personally not experienced any.

They could make them stronger by adding an additional cross bar length-wise down the sides but that's about it.

The DFW store is great and I've had great support when something breaks.

I had my bag sent back after a refurbishment due to the handle not staying up. The staff was extremely courteous and sent a loaner and took care of the shipping and the l issue in record time!! I know they are extremely busy but they sure know how to handle customer service and exceed customer expectations!

The bag is now over 15 years old and hoping for another 15!!

I’ve used their bags for over 25 years. The first one was a worthy performer for many years and was successfully sent back for repair once. However, due to how old it was, further repairs were not available due to a change in the design. I purchased a brand new one two years ago and it was fine until the airline damaged it badly. I’ve called twice with a question on the repairs. Both times there was no answer and I left a voicemail. Neither call has been returned by their service center. They have a printable service request form to include with bag when you send it back for repairs. However, I’m hesitant just to blindly mail it when I don’t even know if anyone is there to receive and repair it. Disappointing! The bag isn’t cheap, nor are the repairs.
I’m editing my first review with an update.
After sending my bag in through one of their vendors. It was repaired and sent back to me fully repaired! All at no charge to me. Other than not being able to contact them, the service was outstanding!

Stealth 22. Sent once under warranty and came back completely refurbished. Sent it in for some minor repairs and they went above and beyond what I needed with no charge. Had a screw come out called and immediately sent me a handful of screws. Nothing but great customer service that I have experienced.

Quality is top notch but maybe beat out by the friendly customer service!

Worked with Wendy Hall and received outstanding customer service and understanding. Had a small issue with an Aurora bag and was quickly resolved through it’s three year warranty policy with no problems.
Small communication goes a long way with those who are willing to pay attention to its customers. Would highly recommend their product!!

The negative reviews here aren’t supported by my experience. As a professional airline pilot I’ve had my Luggage Works (actually Purdy Neat Stuff) bag for 17 years. It was in for repair once ten years ago, which turned it into a like-new bag. Today I had to replace the foam handle on it. I had a spare, but no installation instructions. I called the company, got an answer on the second or third ring, and had installation instructions in my email three minutes later. I have no complaints, and I’ll keep sending them my business.

I have an old Stealth 22 roller board. My wheel bearings gave out and so I called to arrange a pickup for some new in line wheels (live locally). The wheels were waiting for me at the front desk and had a note on them that said “no charge.” I am grateful for the good customer service. Thank you.

I have been a Flight Attendant for 20 years. I have used Travel Pro and Briggs and Riley, there is no comparison! Luggage Works is highly recommended for heavy travels. They stand up to wear and tear. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. As a professional traveler, I highly recommend Luggage Works.

I have been using Luggage Works pilot bags since 2 TWA flight attendants started the company as Purdy Neat Stuff. The bags wear like iron and fortunately I have not had to purchase vey many. However, on a recent flight into Denver with United Express, the bag handlers there destroyed my bag. I contacted Luggage Works on a Monday and by Thursday I had my new Stealth bag. Great customer service!

I've had my stealth bag for over 5 years now with heavy use and have had almost no issues with it other than putting on new wheels. Their customer service is extremely helpful. Spend the extra money.

These guys are terrific, and so are their stuff. The ever helpful and quality minded staff are what makes this company special. The fact that their products lasts longer than anything else (and can easily be altered and repaired), should be of unrivaled value to anyone with high demands on their equipment.
