Whitley was my sales rep. Probably the best service I've had during any buying experience. The communication, patience and courtesy was fantastic. I purchased a new cab tractor and will be getting a baler and batwing brush hog from them this week or next. The finance staff was great as well. All around great place to do business with.

I ordered wheels that are to get and Crown power equipment got them and at a better price.

We picked up a used Kubota tractor and implements purchased through an online auction. The Crown Power employees were very helpful with loading the items on the trailer. Also, they were able to supply an owners manual and history on the items we purchased.

We have worked with Mark for several years now and have always been happy with our service but this last time he went above and beyond. We had purchased a zero turn 3 years ago and have had nothing but issues. He delivered to our home 2 different models for us to try and made the upgrade very seamless. These guys have always worked very hard to find parts (even from other dealers and after market) to make things work for whatever equipment repairs I've needed. I've gone there for 20 years. However, I've never bought new tractors, so I can't speak to that. (I buy old ones and keep them running or upgrade them according to my needs). BTW, electronics is not their speciality.

Worse problem with this is the location. Unless you're familiar with the area north of Monett, you'd better have Google maps or such to get you there.

I bought a Kubota M5-091 tractor. Lane, the salesman, made the experience a good one. Hopefully this tractor will provide years of trouble free service.
