Warrensburg Smiles

I assume they changed the name of their Dental Clinic due to Dr. Turnbow retiring, but the family name is still there. His Son has took over the Denistry, and has a fellow Dentist there on special days for Root Canals and other heavy procedures that are typically done in Kansas City, which makes it much easier for fellow people who don't live that close to the City.

I have always had horrible experiences with Dentists, til I met Dr. Turnbow, and that first experience was a tooth chipped in half. He was so comforting, and mentioned a root canal, but with no insurance ($800 at that time as he said), and the possibility it wouldn't even work, said a tooth extraction was the best option. Needless to say, I was scared to no other, but after it was all said and done, I was no longer scared of MY dentist.

It has been easily 6 years since that experience, and had several visits with him since then, but never a real experience with his Son, til this morning. Once again, new anxiety and fear, but have to say there was no real reason for that. Turnbow was a very great Dentist! He still has some learning on easing in his shots (Yes, I did feel it and flinched), but I was still, and am still, numbed up. The filling went without any pain, and he answered all my questions I had afterwards, including ones that didn't even pertain to my filling.

I highly recommend this Dentistry, especially those with fear and anxiety of going to the Dentist. I scheduled another cleaning for next month, and look forward to Turnbow's Son being my "new" Dentist.

Warrensburg Smiles (Turnbow Family Dental) is the best and nicest dental office I have ever been to. The staff is great and the Doctor is fun and got me in and out without pain or waiting. Thank you Dr. Turnbow and Warrensburg Smiles.

Wonderful people. Very patiently checked out my grandbaby that had fallen on her mouth and knocked a tooth out. Can't praise them enough.
