Gates Floor and More

Great, honest owners! They came and fixed carpet I had installed by someone else that my dog ate! They came over after hours and were so nice. Martin did a great job fixing my carpet. We will definitely be using them for our future needs! So glad I found them!!

I had Gates Floor & More install carpet in my house. From the measurements and the carpet selection process to the final installation, I will give this company A+. They have a showroom with very good carpet variety selections. Owners are very nice people with many years of experience in this business. The carpet installer did an excellent job. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable during the installation process. Very good value as well. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with similar flooring needs!

Great customer service, with a quick and clean install

This post is long overdue. I am so pleased with Gates Floor and More I will definitely recommend them and use them for any of my future flooring needs! I had the most Stellar service from the minute I walked in their door to the final steps when they walked out my door. I walked in on Monday September 13th and they showed me selections based off of my likes and wants. They told me that it would take about 2 weeks to ship in. Knowing my urgency to get it done, they showed me a high quality carpet they had in stock that was less expensive and the perfect color match for my area. He came that afternoon to measure and then scheduled the installer Jeremiah for Wednesday September 15th. I am so pleased and thrilled with my experience that there aren't enough stars for the their rating! Thank you for the awesome experience!

These people are amazing. Not only did they get the job done quickly but were also very kind, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. Issac was great, my floors never looked so good.

Amazing food and service

They drink on the job. And always order wrong material and when you refuse to pay they will sue. I worked here I know. And yes I am prejudice.
